With good reason this branch has such a low rating. I make very simple transactions here but you'd think I was asking for the sun, moon and stars. A withdrawal from my account can easily take 20 to 25 minutes. Today there was a male and 2 females behind me in line. We were all discussing how ridiculously slow this branch is. The one female said it's even worse in the drive through. While taking her dear time, the teller I had did a transactions at the drive through while I waited for my money. There was another teller at the drive through who could have taken the transactions because she had no customers. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 miles to another Truist. These people are ridiculous at this branch.

They routinely close the drive through teller lanes before stated hours. This is a problem for me, because I stopped using their ATM for deposits after hours when their machine took my deposit, then completely shut down without a reciept and it took me 3 months of arbitration to get it back.... and I only got it back because I threatened a police report when they told me they did not have my deposit. I think it's time to change banks, and I would not recommend this location, at the very least.

Huge wait, asked if there was a sign in, they claimed they were keeping track. Complete free for all. At least I was there to close out my accounts and won't have to do this again. Perfect illustration of why brick and mortar banks are obsolete.

Ever since the merge I have not been satisfied with the service. Being told to fill out my own slip because the teller "was busy so you fill it out. Unless you want to wait a long time". Is unacceptable to me. It's a bank on the Friday before a long holiday.

Blonde heavy set woman with gold eye shadow that is a teller at the lake mary branch was extremely rude and refused to help me. Went to cash a check that I received, she LITERALLY glanced at it and told me to leave and that i needed to wait 24 hrs because the check that was dated that same day was "ready" yet.... was completely confused by her stupid reasoning. went to a different Truist bank and was able to cash my check without any issues. she clearly just didnt want to do her job no wonder they have so many bad reviews at this location. Truist start by getting rid of the rotten apple. THE BLONDE LADY WITH GOLD EYESHADOW.

I have been banking with SunTrust for over 15 years and I have never been treated so poorly. I went in and asked for 40 quarter wrappers. The Teller then proceeded to tell me she would not give me that many. So I asked for however many she could. She brought me 5 and proceeded to correct me, saying they are called coin wrappers. I asked why I couldn't have a few more and she didn't answer just told me to go to Dollar Tree. I am so disappointed. She had the power to help me but choose not to.People like her shouldn't be in customer service.

NOTICE TO ANYONE BANKING WITH THE FOLLOWING BANK:Suntrust/BBT/Trust is refusing to close my account. I have done everything they asked by withdrawing my funds, waiting 24 hours, etc. NOW they are telling me they will not close my account until tomorrow and they will charge me a service fee first before closing the account. Really! Never have I EVER had this happen before. Been with this bank for multiple years but switched to Chase due to this bank sending a card for my account to someone else (I haven’t moved since opening the account so how did this happen?!), refusing to deposit same day cash transfers, locking me out of my account, etc. Now I could understand if I was making bad transactions but this is NOT the case. Same money in/out each month. Definitely DO NOT go to the Lake Mary branch! The list of BS is way to much to list, from the staff all they way to the managers don’t know anything. They must just hire anyone off the street. Be careful banking here and watch your account like a hulk!

Saturday morning December11, 2021Commercial lane sitting for 20 minutes with no movement. Can in front of me and car behind me and can't get out.Absolutely the slowest bank I've ever seen..Ever!!!!!!Works can not tell you the anger. Disappointment am iam feeling right now..I called the bank but they will not pick up the phone.What bad service here.... the worst ever...Chuck ...

Thank you Amanda for all you help and patience for helping my mother with her issues. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced. You are truly an asset to SunTrust. We made the mistake of going to the Orange City branch which was not only aggravating but they could definitely take lessons regarding professionalism and business ethics from your branch. I really hope that SunTrust reads this review and recognizes you for your valued efforts and they send corporate into the Orange city branch to either close it or revamp their processes and staff! The ATM never works!!! I've been coming here for a while in attempt to use their ATM since it's the closest one to me but it never works. It makes you go through all of the steps and then at the end it rejects your request. What a waste of my time!!
