Absolute horrible experience (s) with Cynthia at this branch.She made every effort of banking an absolute nightmare for me.I dealt with her Manager , Nathalie , a few months ago after the last issue I encountered with her and she took very good care of me. I returned today (Nathalie is out through Friday) and Cynthia was rude from the second I entered the building. She barely greeted me & told me to sit & she’d be with me shortly for our 4p appt (I was 10m early & waited every bit if it) …When I arrived at her desk, she treated me as though she had never dealt with me before and basically attempted to look as though she was reading through my paperwork on line before calling two internal sources “the hub” to only provide a portion of information.I’m completely flabbergasted by the manner in which she attempted to “help” a customer~I will be closing this account after meeting with the Manager on Friday morning.

Love everything about this bank. Everyone who works here is incredible. The people complaining just have zero patience. Transactions and fully helping customers takes time. It doesn’t magically take 5 seconds. The employees genuinely care for all of their clients. Im always welcomed with open arms. I only go to this location now!

Customer Service at this Bank is terrible ! Waited 30 minutes and finally walked out of bank .tomorrow i will go and close out my accounts . Hardly anyone works here

Would not recommend! The teller will misapply your payment to the wrong loan, you’ll then have to do all the work to make it right. You’ll get sent to collections, have collections agents call you all times of day and night when you did nothing wrong. Even when they finally find where the teller misapplied the payment you’ll still have late payment fees on your account. Go to any other bank or credit union.

Pulled into drive through lane behind another vehicle before closing time. After the other vehicle left I grabbed the canister and the entire building closed down without even taking notice of me. Drove around to the front of the building where they took back the canister they didn't even notice was missing and refused to service me because they were closed. Extremely rude, uncaring, and inattentive.

I went to the Suntrust branch at Colonial Town Park to order foreign currency for an upcoming trip. I was immediately greeted by Cynthia and was directed to Teressa for assistance. What a pleasant experience. My interaction with them compelled me to write this review. My return experience was even better and they had everything ready for me as soon as I arrived.

Worst experience ever. Was late to work after they made me go back to my house to provide a secondary form of ID to make a withdraw. I went back and brought in a state issued card but they would still not accept the withdraw because they said they needed a passport or credit card. I had to go back to my house a third time to find what they requested. The entire time dealing with these issues, the staff was very cold, indifferent, and did not provide friendly service. I will be taking my business to the other Lake Mary branch. The service there is miles and above better!!
