I was referred to TechBay USA to troubleshoot network issues I was having at my business. James was able to come out on a Saturday, and spent several hours going through all my hardware, as spectrum had said the issue was in my equipment somewhere. After confirming my hardware was functioning correctly, James was able to provide spectrum the necessary feedback to get the spectrum equipment working properly and get us back up and running. I fully intend to use TechBay USA for future IT needs.

Took a new computer to this shop for a WiFi install, was very fast with repairs and did a great job. Very friendly and cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this shop for any problems you have. Very knowledgeable

Wonderful job. Came on the same day we called and quickly figured out practical solutions to our PC issues. Went above and beyond in service. Previous PC repair company came twice and we still had the same issue.

Amazing service and quality. He received my phone call personally at 7:55am. Received my laptop 20 minutes later. Had it fixed in two hours. He could have charged me way more but was honest and told me it was overheating due to dirty fans. Only charged initial inspection fee. I have never had computer service like this anywhere. James is the best!!!

James Thompson at TechBayUSA is amazing. He has been building my custom computers and maintaining them for over 15 years. When I click on something I'm not supposed to and my computer acts slow or gets infected he fixes it quickly. His custom built computers are high quality, fast, and reliable and have lasted me for over 10 years. I give James and TechBayUSA my highest possible recommendation.

Wow!! This guy knows his stuff. I answered an ad from him and he responded right away. My old computer crashed and I was looking for a custom build. He walked me through my options and best "bang for the buck." Ultimately, we found the best option was to repair the old one and improve the performance. Once I got my computer back from Dell, he told me the best components to optimize peak performance. He remoted into my desktop and changed settings on the fly, teaching me why. He is amazing!! When this computer finally dies, he will be my "go-to" for my next computer.Thanks James for a great experience.
