The supervisors and/or managers here are too busy playing games behind the register to help customers. The male was telling the coworkers outloud that he had a hangover from the previous night and not to ring the cowbell so loud behind him when he announced the gift card winner of the store microphone. How unprofessional is this guy! Why would any business not give a small discount on a clearly damaged item even on clearance to get it out of the store. They rather throw it out? Poor local business decisions and practices lead to profit corporate losses.

Line to checkout is always 20 min wait or more. Home Goods aisles are cramped. Hit and miss on selection compared to other locations.
