It's really busy in the store. The isles are packed. And the checkout line is very very long. However it moves quickly and the wait was not too bad. Found some great bargains.

Terrible customer service. 5 people in front of me in the queue with 6 tills open. It took 25 minutes to get to the till so I could pay for the items I wanted to purchase, 25 minutes!!! How? Lots of staff chatting to each other, ignoring the queue getting longer and longer. ?

Fair prices but the store is a mess. It's not easy to find things if you're looking for specific items. As someone who used to work in retail their merchandising is atrocious. But again, pricing is where it's at here.

Pricing is always great. Long checkout line is still an issue, might be time to try self check out machines to assist the problem not necessarily solve it. One person can oversee 5 checkout machines at once.If publix can switch so can TJ max

Very bad online customer service, with zero retail experience. Every time i do an order it gets canceled and no one is able to give a valid reason behind that. I tried for four times already and called five times to verify my personal details and confirm that the info provided is correct. Such an awful experience for the past week. Tjmaxx you really need to consider a serious training program for your staff at the call center if you really care about maintaining and retaining customers.
