Whomever the 2 individuals were working on 11/18/2023 at the Lake Mary, FL location were, they're the most knowledgeable, yet incompetent individuals in the store. I was told I have to file a claim and when I contacted another location, they asked for my phone number, pulled my information up and was able to do everything for me. I didn't have to file a claim. Just have to take my phone in for the repair.

Brought in an iPad on Sep 26 and retrieved AN iPad on Nov 17. In between there was literally no communication unless I either called or stopped by for an update. And those updates were sending back to the main office, attempts at a repair, apparent “finding” more problems and eventually breaking it themselves. They issued a replacement iPad but of course I only hear about that after I called. I then specifically asked them to text me when it arrived which they didn’t do. Finally came by the location and picked it up. Horrible experience end to end and won’t go back.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I brought in a computer that worked great, aside from the battery not holding a charge. The tech broke my motherboard while exchanging the battery, returned me a computer that wouldn’t turn in and then told me they were unable to fix it and suggested I take it to another repair store to fix the damage. The new service center confirmed that there was physical damage done during the battery exchange and now I have to spend $450 to get the computer to turn back on. There was no offer to remedy or compensate me. Dishonest and incapable.

Sorry but another updateCould not answer incoming calls after we finally got everything fixedHad to get another phoneUPDATED!!!!See final paragraphNot happy with this visit, I've been here 3 times before and things were great but had a Motorola phone I took in with a broken screen and returned with back that doesn't connect, lousy excuse that they don't have the glue for the back.See picturesEmployee did not have a clue how to work resigester and no text when phone was supposedly ready, first call to the store no answer second call was told text was sent but never wasAgain NOT happyWorst service ever hereAgents name today was JakeCant believe they would hand back a phone in this conditionUPDATE:brought phone back in today and Maverick was the agent that help us today, had phone for a few hours and did a much better job getting the back on properly.Just want to say thanks again to Maverick for his professionalism.

Horrible experience both times I have been there. They did not fix either my iPhone nor my android correctly and refused to take responsibility. I will never step in there again. Employees are not very friendly.

Guy never showed up to my house and had the nerve to lie to the company stating that he called my phone and had arrived at my apartment that was a lie for One your never walked up three flights of steps nor knocked on the door or called my phone what is the point of paying insurance on the phone when the work is not going to get done

Not a good business. They said it would be an hour it ended up being 4. Then they put a broken screen on my phone and said to come back tomorrow for it to be finished. Yet it wasn't until the end of the day. This place is terrible for phone repair.

Run from this location…they have bad reviews for a reason. I wish I would have listened to the reviews before taking my device there. I filed a claim with my asurion home plus insurance to repair the broken screen on my iPad Air 3rd generation. The screen was still fully functional and we were still able to use the iPad but the broken glass was a problem. So we brought the iPad to the asurion u-break-I-fix location in Lake Mary. After the repair, the iPad no longer worked. I couldn’t even type my password to get into the iPad. They apologized and said they would make it a priority to fix it, it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything from them. So I contacted my insurance about it. They said that a second repair wasn’t filed with them and that’s what usually needs to happen before the store can fix and repair mistakes from an initial repair. I asked Why didn’t the guy at the shop initiate this step if that’s what needed to happen in order to Start the 2nd repair? They couldn’t answer the question. I asked for a refund for the $100 dollars deductible it cost me and they refunded the deductible. I’m still waiting to receive my iPad though. They even mentioned that if I don’t get my iPad back, they would buy me a new one. I’m like, why wouldn’t I get my iPad back?!?! I have important things on my device that hasn’t been backed up. Worst place to take your devices for repair! You’re taking a risk using this location for repairs. You’ve been warned.
