Despite the store being so busy every day, the employees are always so calm and assure customers daily they will be with them as soon as possible. Additionally, they tell customers not to rush even when there is a line out the door, which goes to show how prepared they are to handle these kinds of situations. Bravo!

The team here is excellent!! They’re fast and efficient. They will take care of you! The other customers on the other hand, yall need to CHILL, this is UPS it’s not do or die.. your package will be fine, just take a deep breath.

Even with a long line out the door they are courteous, respectful and patient. The longest I’ve ever spent in there was 15 min because there were two people who needed notaries. That doesn’t usually happen. Very nice employees!

We had a wonderful experience at this UPS we had a QR code for an Amazon drop off to do a return. The staff member was super nice. It was easy we handed them a box with the items in it and it wasn’t taped up. I’ve heard mixed controversy about that, and they didn’t complain about tape and they just took it and put the label on it and we were good to go. It took Very short amount of time!! Thank you for your amazing kind customer service

Wow!! Best UPS Store & employees!(other than my hometown locale) You can tell they care about the packages they are sending out for you. Thank you so much to the male employee on Dec. 15th for going the extra mile for no other reason than caring about quality of service. You da man as they say! Highly recommend seeking out this location. My fragile item arrived perfect.

Why don't all the employees have name tags? There is one indian guy who always looks to threaten the employees and stares at the customers who walk in. So rude to colleagues. He might be the boss there but has to treat employees with respect. Doesn't wear his name tag if we have to write his name. Store has to focus on the customer service as that is what is lacking here. Never would step into this store. Will go to other facilities or may visit Fedex all the time than this store...

Charged me $4 dollars to print a prepaid shipping label. Absolutely ridiculous. Even worse they don’t tell you until after there’s a charge. If you are going to use such greedy practices at least be upfront about it.

Nothing special. Went to drop off a a package and I walked in and said hello. No hello back, instead “place your package on the scale” then gives me the reciept and I say Thank you… and nothing. The guy working there was busy talking to a friend about what classes they are taking…

My go to UPS store. Always great service. Today was a bit of an exception, but not the staff and owner’s fault. I was a bit frustrated due to Amazon messing up a return. The rep helping me explained the situation about me needing to pack and tape the products and maybe thought the frustration was with him. Went to the car and grabbed a box, then was denied using their tape, just to add to te frustration. Owner jumped and, after a bit of back and fourth, offered to tape the package, and mention that unfortunately, it costs 6 cents to them each time they used their tape… very understandable, however, it never hurts to have the courtesy with a customer that is already frustrated. Anyway, I offer to pay the 6 cents, owner did not want to take it, I left $5 on the counter and said keep the change. Overall, the owner provided a good service that I did not see at the moment. Please use the $5 to have tape available for the next few customers needing some :) and tell them is on a guy that gave you a hard time.

What a racket. They wanted to charge $20 for 2 small boxes and a packing fee when I already had prepaid labels printed. Save yourselves some money and have your stuff packaged before dropping off. I literally went to Walmart and paid $4 and taped them up myself.
