I've lost track of how many times this has happened. Distribution Center will send my package to the complete wrong City and delay it's delivery. A foolish and easily avoidable mistake and like I said it's happened more times than I can remember. I look forward to the day when all the people who work for the Post Office get replaced with robots that can actually perform their function without numerous mistakes. I have no sympathy for people who get outsourced when they clearly aren't up for the task to begin with.

If your package gets routed here say bye bye to whatever it was. I used to appreciate usps but they can't compete basic tasks anymore. Complete incompetence. They somehow always lose packages when I need them the most.

Absolutely horrible. Can’t speak to a human. My packages have been delayed for almost a week after being shipped back and forth to the same destination 3 times. I am Livid. Can’t even talk to usps 800 number. I’ve been on hold for 26 minutes.

If you end up never receiving your package, don’t even bother trying to file a claim. All they are going to do is give you the run-around. Long story short, I needed to replace my ignition coils therefore, I ordered a pack online. Days go by, there’s a notification letting me know it was delivered, but in this case, it wasn’t delivered. The mailbox, empty. They closed all my claims (had 3) stating an investigation was conducted. Their investigation- sorry “investigation” consists of asking the mail carrier if the package was delivered. We know the answer to that question. Again, I haven’t received my package. I had to reorder, luckily it came in because FedEx was the carrier instead. The lack of principle and care is present among this USPS. Oh, good luck with getting a refund too.

I highly recommend customer service class.
Asking questions seems to irritated Clerks.
Why they hire people like this and set them at the service counter ?.

I suggest you open a case on the usps website if you want to have a chance to get through to anyone at this location because they will not answer phone calls. When you do get a call the result will be terrible customer service. There appears to be zero accountability when they make a mistake and whatever has happened has happened and that it.

Third package that has been rerouted constantly over and over and over. They get it, sent it out of state, get it, send it to my city, get it, send it out of state, get it, send it to my city again, get it....HOW ARE YOU CIRCLING MAIL FOR TWO WEEKS?!

I don't know what's going on in the lake. Mary USPS location. But every time one of my packages goes through there it gets stuck for a minimum 3 to 5 days. I live in the next town over. This is complete bullshit.
