The team tried hard to answer my question, unfortunately it will be another day or two before I have an answer. Very kind staff. Very busy.Edited: Unless you're dropping off a simple envelope, most questions will stump the staff requiring several team members to gather around a computer likely running off some 1980's software. USPS in general is struggling to communicate with itself. Very frustrating and difficult to work with their team.

It gets stars for being barely 10 minutes away and some for being open until 6pm. But I give it 5 for consistently delivering my mail across the country to Utah without fail for a year and going now.Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

These people are so incompetent. I run a business and the lose or damage at least 5 packages a month and I never really get reimbursed. The supervisor who is a heavy set Hispanic male doesn’t even try to help and doesn’t even wear a uniform.

I have lived in Lake Mary for years now and consistently have problems with this post office. you can’t call them because they NEVER answer the phone. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to deliver my mail

If I could possibly give this post office and my mail carrier a 0 rating, I would. It's crazy that by reading other people's recent reviews, they mirror exactly what I came here to say. The sad part is that anyone of influence who would actually make a difference based on these reviews is probably not even reading them. I have owned for over two years, so NO address changes, NO forwarding, NO new names in my mailbox have happened for quite a long time. The idiot person who delivers my mail continues to fill my box with generic "Resident" magazines and coupons, which makes it impossible to keep a small box empty. So, this moron proceeded to return my Christmas mail to sender due to "vacancy," as opposed to the common sense response of leaving it at the post office for pickup for whatever stupid point she was trying to make. To make matters worse, the customer service at the Lk Mary Blvd Post Office is disgusting (Saturday manager was completely unapologetic), which reinforces my belief that it really doesn't take much education to work for the government. It's a typical government worker experience here. You would wish that this office would get shut down or they would start over with new and competent employees, but we all know that's not going to happen. I am 100% confident that my grievances to the USPS site and the highest manager of this office will be to no avail. They all defend each other's stupidity.
