“Extreme busy Saturday night. We had requested a table in Main dining and we got to eat in a different part of the restaurant, right behind the bar called “La Terrazzo “. Not a disappointment. Our server was excellent in everything, timing was perfect. Prince Edward Island mussels and their buratta was to die for. Sauce of the buratta was the best thing I ever tasted!!! After we asked for 2 best dishes in the menu, we decided to go for short ribs and filetmignion for our main course. Oh boy!!!! CIBO PERFETTO!!!!Deliciousso!!!! We were surprised with a Italian homemade dessert for Theo’s birthday. We love this place. Getting better and better every time.”

“What an amazing hidden gem in Central Florida! This is a must visit for all ages. It is an amazing venue for all events...weddings, parties, school field trips, senior groups, anniversaries, etc. Just an extraordinary space. The grounds are beautiful. The architecture fascinating. The Art Museum is well worth considering for regular visits as the exhibitions change and offer an opportunity to enjoy various artists. The history museum is an interesting look back at the history and culture of the area. And the telephone museum was so fun to visit. Don't overlook a visit here.”

“What an absolutely beautiful venue! We needed a facility on very short notice for a repast. Mr Callahan was so extremely accommodating and patient. Everything flowed smoothly. He was readily available for any questions I had and went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this venue to anyone for any occasion! “First time visiting Wekiva Island decided to go to see their Christmas decorations. Great decorations and ambiance. This place is amazing especially in the summer time to grab a drink from the bar and sit next to the lake. They have a bar and a food truck with a lot of options. You can also rent a canoe or a kayaks an enjoy a day in the water. If you have your own you, they have some spots on the side to park your own canoe or kayak. Great place for families and kids. Parking is big but since it gets full so is better to come early.”

“The room was very clean and nice. I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative I have is that there is no complimentary breakfast which wouldn’t be a problem if the breakfast I paid for wasn’t so bad. The breakfast they served me tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, definitely not worth the $20+ I spent.”

“Foam pit, bounce houses and slides, trampoline track, and spring floors... This is a fun spot and great space for kids to burn off energy. They've got two party room spaces. There's a vending machine in the lobby and plenty of parking. The only downside is they definitely don't enforce the 'no-shoes on the mat' rule (people everywhere with shoes on), so the mats were pretty dirty.”

“Fun place for kids to play and a great place for little kids birthday parties. We had my son’s 5th birthday there and the staff was phenomenal. We had several guests with special needs and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. They even opened early for us so that our kids with sensory needs did not get overwhelmed by a crowd. Really had a top notch experience and would definitely recommend.”

The Monkey Joe’s crew was so accommodating. They went above and beyond in every way! I am highly impressed. The kids love it here so much. I recommend Monkey Joe’s Winter Park to anyone who is considering going here. Props to the management for doing it right!”
