Seriously the best customer service I’ve ever received from any business. Nicole was so awesome in helping me with my issues, genuinely cared, and did not waste any time!! She was so quick to solve my issue and got me in and out of the store both times I went in. This new team is insanely helpful, kind, and wants you to get the best deal with your money. Thank you!!!

This was my first time visiting this store and the customer service is over and beyond. The manager Bryan was very welcoming and made sure he checked on his customers to make sure all was well. Nicki assisted me to get an upgrade, explained everything to me with patience, and was overall great to work with. I came back one week later as I didn't like my original selection and she helped me from A to Z. Again, same scenario as my first visit. She was patient, made sure my phone was up and fully running, made sure my new watch worked well, and made sure I was happy with my choices. I'm quite taken aback as she's only been with Verizon two weeks but you won't know it. This store has some of the best service I've ever experienced.

Wow I had such a great experience at this location, Nichole was extremely helpful over the phone and Brian was Very helpful in person! Such great workers & customer service! Wow I felt so welcomed and helped out, love this location, this is my Verizon store now !

My experience here was not what I expected it to be, I have to be honest. Let me start off by saying that Brian was EXCELLENT from the moment I walked in the store till the time I left. He was ready and willing to help me with what I needed. Very personable, friendly, polite and professional with great energy the whole time I was there. 2 other men that were working - can’t say the same. The young man that Brian asked to help me acted like he didn’t want to help. He barely made eye contact with me, didn’t speak to me only to ask for my phone number after a long awkward pause & then attempted to call 611. He seemed really impatient during that time which made me feel very uncomfortable. The other representative was the same way, didn’t say hi or introduce himself and asked me did I really want to cancel my service when that was the whole point of my visit. The question came across like he didn’t want to deal with the process of helping me which increased my anxiety. Though I appreciated the help, it didn’t feel like he wanted to assist from his demeanor. I have been with Verizon over 6 years and never experienced this type of situation before and hope this will not happen the next time. Again, Brain was amazing with me and my mom. He is the reason why I will be coming back if I ever need to get Verizon Home internet. The rest of the staff needs to work on greeting and being more personable in my opinion.

Brian helped me get a promo that got me a new trade in phone, a free iPad and an iwatch. He also sat on the phone for hours for me to help get my bill right and apply as many promo credits as he could find. I definitely recommend!
