Great store and customer service! Very transparent and not like they are “salesmen” trying to upsell or trick you. I went in too close to closing on Christmas Eve and the gentleman was still super nice snd helped me get in and out quick with a new phone. I will drive farther to this location over going to another near me.

Best STORE HANDS DOWN !Brian & his team was so helpful.I got my free tablet and watch with themFor free ! I didn’t believe it in the beginningSo i called customer care and they told me that the manager was telling the truth.I been scam before so when i found out that everything was true made me feel better about the transaction.I will definitely say they were honest and quick.I would recommend anyone to go to this location the sanford one is so bad !I love my stuffThanks brian

I rather drive further to come here than to go to the Verizon store closer to my house. The staff here is just better. Brian is very knowledgeable and Javier has a great work ethic. They both can multitask customers so you can leave sooner without slacking in quality of customer care. I hope Verizon knows Brian and Javier are star employees!

After dealing with Apple, and multiple Verizon customer service representatives for 4 days, hours and hours of effort trying to solve some of the simplest issues I was ready to give up and pay full price for a brand new phone because that seemed like the only option left and I was desperate. Thankfully a friend directed me to Brian at the S. Sunrise Drive location and finally I was in contact with somebody who cared more about my problem than they did about getting off the phone. Brian went above and beyond. He expended every effort to make sure I was satisfied and this is the only way I could think to show my appreciation! Thank you Brian! I’ll recommend this location above all every time!

Horrible, Javier was brand new it sounded like, tried to hustle us to get the internet done before trying to help port our numbers from our AT&T. Went to the corporate store in Sanford and they handled everything so smoothly. DO NOT GO TO LAKE MARY VERIZON, save yourself time and headache, go to corporate.

My husband stopped into the store yesterday to purchase a new phone. Javier was the associate who helped him. He went above and beyond to accommodate my husband. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We went back today and again, Javier offered exceptional service to us. I strongly suggest you see him for all your phone needs.

I recently upgrade my daughter’s phone at the Verizon store located at 850 So. Sun Dr., Lake Mary Fl. 32746. The manager there, Brain helped with the process & ordered the phone. As we awaited the phones arrival he took it upon himself to add insurance to the phone without getting our consent. When we went to pickup the phone (10/25/23’) Brain was not there but another employee was. I asked this employee to take the insurance off the phone. The employee stated that he had.I checked online today (10/27/23’) & the insurance was still listed, ($17). I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 plus years & never had this type of experience. This is the type of stunt that makes a loyal customer leave & get another carrier! I have two upgrades coming up in the next few months & I definitely won't be going back there! I've filed a complaint with Verizon on the matter... let see what happens. I hope this experience isn't wide spread; if you've gone to this store check your bill & make sure there isn't anything on it that shouldn't be.

Best Verizon store of all time. Definitely recommend this location the manager was very welcoming & was very detail with the process. Brian is great !
