I seem to be experiencing the same problem as many on this site, but mine is worse. There was a fraudulent purchase for eight phones purchased in Pembrook Pines, FL, the total bill from Verizon was $2,488.04. I have been in touch with their fraud dept for over three weeks, they keep saying "no worries, we'll take care of this problem." I tried to fill out the "file fraud complaint" online. It had me put in my info (including my ss# which made me nervous, but had to do it to file the complaint) It kept stopping at a certain point - after they had my pertinent info and would not let me go any further. Now, Verizon is saying that they will turn me over to the credit bureau because of non-payment. I even went to a corporate Verizon store in my area and they said they cannot help me with a fraud case, it must be done through their fraud department. I called the fraud dept again today (6th time) She gave me a physical address. I believe that this place is a total scam...now I have to send in my fraud claim through the mail, which will also have my ss# again. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO TO PREVENT THIS COMPANY FROM SCAMMING OTHERS? If so, please let me know.

I got recurring, unauthorized charges from this address on my credit card account. I reported it to my credit card company. Hopefully, this will be investigated as I am not the only one to whom this has happened.

Woke up this morning to an unauthorized, fraudulent charge to my credit card for over 300 dollars at this location. Per the other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue and needs investigation.
