I think 1 star is too much for what this store deserves. I know that it is not all the employees who act with malicious intent, but the two employees this afternoon act with premeditation every time they are at work. Madam manager, don't be so racist, you and your partner always do the same to me. You never let me shop at the store. And the lady at the register never wants to give me the catalinas that correspond to me. I know that one of the catalina machines is in good condition and you, Mrs. Manager, give orders to the employees so that they charge me at the box that does not provide the catalinas. Malicious, I go to the store to buy, I am not going to steal or ask. Respect the customers that it is for the customers that the store is maintained and for the customers that you earn a salary.I don't think this store deserves even 1 star. Boldly, I gave her a paper coupon and the lady at the register told me that she had torn it up. Then she took it out and she gave it back to me. daring, malicious and racist!! Respect customers. They denigrate the one who wants to use coupons. That is not paid by you, it is a legal system that has existed for many years and it is not a crime to buy with the system!

The convenience store side is great. BUT THE PHARMACY is terrible. Their communication is almost non existent and they either don't know what they are doing or think customers are dumb. They need to do better.

I arrived to pick up my medication at 4 in the afternoon and the pharmacy was closed. I'll be picking up my subscriptions elsewhere.

Love this pharmacy. Everyone is so nice. The pharmacist instead have been extremely helpful. They always call me by my 1st name when I'm waiting in line very friendly. Leaving Publix Pharmacy seems to be the right call excellent customer service at Walgreens

Always quick and friendly service at the pharmacy. This where we get our shots and plan to keep using this location. That part of town is also very nice.

The hours state open till midnight it that isn't true they just closed at 10pm, correct the times please.

Spoke with the pharmacist on duty today and she spoke with an attitude and was completely unhelpfulI had spoken to a pharmacist at this location early last week about my health insurance lapsing and that the prescriptions waiting for me at the pharmacy were going to cost a lot out of pocket; that pharmacist gave me the RX #s to shop at other pharmacies and find coupons to afford the meds and transfer themThis is what I did. But never received a call from the new pharmacy that they had received them (New Years I understand that maybe things are closed/delayed)So Saturday i call and the pharmacist that day says “we received a transfer notice for all prescriptions so they’re being transferred” - so I thought okToday I called to ask if I could find out what pharmacy and location had they been transferred to - I was cut off by the pharmacist working today who then proceeded to speak to me as though I were stupid. That “her store” had no prescriptions for me, just past ones on hold at a different location - “it’s at store #—— but I have no idea what that store is. but i know it’s not MY store” to which I said that I know it was this location - I had spoken multiple times with someone at this location. Admittedly I’m frustrated at this point; She decided to continue as though I had no idea what I’m talking aboutHorrible attitude. No help. And I got different answers every single time I called about the same prescription order within the matter of a week.

Jenn in the Pharmacy was super helpful and thorough. She made sure to tell me about Walgreens changing their coupon/points system and how to register for it. Her demeanor was so upbeat and pleasant I really appreciated my interaction with her. She seems to really enjoy what she does and it shows. Way to go Walgreens Pharmacy. If Walgreens promotes from within, she should definitely be on their radar for promotion!!

Very rude Walgreens employee. I asked where an item could be. The young guy looked annoyed wearing no mask. He replied I'm new here and i just don't know or help. My 4 yr old said that man was mean. Yes, he was son never act like that. I walked out of Walgreens no purchases made. Terrible service, and this person needs to be thankful for his employment during these crazy times.

I had to come here last Thursday because I was in need of baby wipes and all other stores were out of stock due to everyone stocking up on toilet paper because of coronavirus. So I called ahead and spoke to a man who confirmed they had baby wipes in stock. I forgot the man's name (maybe Josh?) When I got there, there were just a few left, maybe under 5-6. So I only took 1 pack of wipes in case other parents were in need of them. I got on line at the cash register and noticed 2 women in front of me that hoarded all the baby wipes. It looked like a mother/daughter team. They each must had taken 6-7 packs of baby wipes. It was ridiculous how greedy they were to be taking that many when babies need them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. Anyway I got to the counter to pay and that same man that I spoke to on the phone had saved 2 packs of baby wipes for me up at the counter. What an amazing employee! This is great customer service especially for a mom with a baby at home in need of wipes.

Never have had any problems with this Walgreens, except sometimes it's to darn busy. Excellent staff and pharmacist. Easy access and parking.

Easy to get in and out. Friendly staff, the pharmacy in the past couple of months really has had a quick turnaround time. Usually the wait isn't more than 15ish minutes if I ask to wait. I generally use the app so when I come in it's ready. It's better than calling.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is absolutely terrible. The pharmacist seems to believe everyone is a drug seeker and treats you that way. Stay away from this location.
