I went to pick up my medication. The pharmacy technician told me she only had 3minutes before close so she might not be able to add my coupons for that my medication. Customer service has gotten worst .

Worst Wallgreens ever, if you do not live close to this one you cannot get anything, meaning, if you are an EX-PAT you will NOT get your medicines!!! AVOID AS THE PLAGUE!!!

This is my favorite Walgreens. Always fast, the team is friendly and the store is clean. I get my prescriptions filled here easily at the drive thru and vaccinations are also quick and easy.

I normally don’t leave long reviews like this but this is needed. I just left this location and we ran into the worst manager imaginable. Her name is Jessica and she is very rude very short and very unprofessional on Monday We walked into the store to pick up an order that we placed the week prior as we were asking Jessica to look to see if the packages were available. She said they were not. We tried to tell her that in the email in the photo center is where the packages will be located as I look across the counter, I can see three packages that are for myself as well as my friend. I know this because we ordered the same items so it’s ironic that there’s three packages sitting in the photo center that are identical because we all ordered the same thing, anyways Jessica never check to see if the packages were there. She proceeded to blow us off and tell us that they were not here and that she put them back on the shelf or someone put them back on the shelf and they were not available to us and we will get our money back Lies that the packages that we saw on the photo center where the packages as we confirmed with Sam the store manager who told us that he would let her know where he put the packages. Obviously he did not because she still did not know that we were there to pick up the packages the next day Tuesday . She proceeded to tell us that the packages are not there with the smirk on her face turning us around yet again, I mentioned Sam’s name and that’s when the employee stated it’s our packages and then that’s when Jessica tells us that we should’ve told her this as we did the day before she turned us around , Jessica needs to be retrained and Jessica needs to be reprimanded because this is unacceptable and not at all acceptable to any customer for a pick up order! And JESSICA if you don’t like your job QUIT!!! It’s not that hard to check to see it an order is available for pickup no matter where in the store it’s located it takes 2 seconds to check but instead you wanted to argue about an item that I paid for!!

Wow, I see all the bad reviews. Such a shame. Anyway, I walked up in this piece December 27. I had an appointment in Orlando and forgot my passport photo. I will go to turn around and go back home but my other half was like " why don't you just try CVS"¿ we weren't sure if they had particular hours for doing photos or not but it was worth a try because had I went home I would've been definitely late to my appointment. I walked up in that piece and it wasn't looking good because the photo section didn't even have the lights on. It wasn't that early in the morning either, probably around 945 I saw worker and asked him what the photo section open yet and he said yes. Anyway, I found the guy and he said he can make me a passport photo in about five minutes. They got me in and out!!! I will give the tech a shot out, but I don't remember his name. Anyway, kudos to the guy that worked in the photo section the Thursday after Christmas. Thanks. I've been in this store a couple other times, and never had any issues with check out or any employees.

I have been a customer at this location for years and yesterday I met an entirely new staff that were beyond rude. I counld not even get the lady to look up from her computer when I was asking her questions. The Pharmacist was equally rude and dismissive. They sat on our prescription for two days, then asked us to wait 15 minutes. Then told us the address doesn’t match and the pharmacy refuses to dispense (illegal) and then after our doctor calls to speak with the pharmacy they told us they were out of what we needed. Then proceeded to tell us that they did have the generic version, which was also 100% untrue. The worst part was that they were so righteous and yet 100% wrong. Nice is free, try it.

I called the pharmacy at 1201 S International Pkwy, Lake Mary, FL 32746 at 11/27 at 11:56am to ask if they have my medication in stock. The person who answer said no and then hung up while I was asking about a different prescription. I understand that Ozempic is on back order and there's not much the store can do. But why are you hanging up on a customer if they have another question about a different medication. Very unprofessional.

Black men, avoid Walgreens on International Pkwy in Lake Mary. Two employees in a row called me 'BOSS', some racial stereotype. White customers are referred to as Sir or Ma'am. Black people just do not get the respect that they deserve as paying customers. Will not shop with your brand again.

The convenience store side is great. BUT THE PHARMACY is terrible. Their communication is almost non existent and they either don't know what they are doing or think customers are dumb. They need to do better.

The staff at this Walgreens has always been friendly and helpful the manager helps with the stocking and anything that the customer needs, pharmacy it is busy but they try to make sure you are taken care in a timely manner
