Wonderful customer service experience for my wife and I by William Swink the Senior Premier banker who took time to help us with a minor request of adding someone to an account. William helped update a lot of old information on our account and helped link my old CC account to my checking. William showed he was very knowledgeable and very informative about a lot of their different cds and banking opportunities for stuff like our 401k accounts! I walked in and there were 8 bankers and 4 tellers! You will never see half of that at chase on their best of days!

Had an issue with fraud on my account, came in and a gentleman by the name of William Swink helped me with my problems and got me squared away with updated information and a new card shipped. Lovely experience.

This is by far the worst branch there is due to the manager. It’s a shame I have to go out of my way to go to the Sanford branch just to avoid this same female manager that is mentioned in pretty much every bad review they have. She is beyond un professional, lazy and arrogant. She isn’t fit to manage a McDonald’s much less a bank. Every review I’ve read about her on here matches her actions I’ve dealt with exactly. At what point is she not FIRED!?

Very disappointed ☹️!! Is such a big deal to open a new account. I showed them prof of residence also my business state registration and I didn’t get any cooperation from them since a have been Wells Fargo customer for years. I am Latino bussiness owner and it Feels very discriminated that same Latin people was not helpful at all.

Disappointed in hospitality of this Wells Fargo. I came in to the branch to do a withdraw and I needed assistance with my card replacement. I was not done being helped and the lady excused me to take the next person. She was not mean but you can tell she wanted me to be gone as soon as possible. I had only been up there for 2 -3 minutes and needed assistance and I kindly asked for help. I work in the banking industry myself as a banker and I and it’s been a very long time since I stepped foot in Wells. I did not feel welcomed or was greeted I only felt rushed even though they were not backed up. Honestly makes me rethink my relationship as a consumer and a business banking with Wells Fargo.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had was with Wells Fargo in my life. The branch manager is very rude and not helpful at all. She is definitely a Karen and is breaking rules of Wells Fargo. I highly recommend you do not waste your time coming here. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and have never felt so disrespected as a customer. I literally got accused of stealing a check and writing it off as my own.

I went to Wells Fargo to purchase a gift card. I checked online and they said they sold Visa gift cards. I arrived at 9:45 am and waited in line for 30 minutes. The teller while smirking told me they no longer sell them, and turned around and walked away. Now I remember why it’s been over 3 year since I’ve gone into a bank.

I've been with WF since 2010, even amidst other people's comments, this bank has excellent service on the 800 line,a live voice will help, and when you walk into a branch they go the extra mile to help their customers and bravo to all the employees at the Lake Mary branch!!

The people at this branch are not helpful at all!1.) I came in once to open an account and they said they were “too busy” to help me. I tried to schedule and appt and they said I would just have to come back another day.2.) Today, My boyfriend and I went to get documents notarized and they said they were “too busy” and that there was already people waiting at that they closed at 12p. We went in at 11:15am.There are people that would love to have their jobs and love to be able to help people and all these employees due is turn away clients and new customers. I will never to go this location or any other Wells Fargo bank again!

I went to the bank around 4:11pm. I waited in line to ask if I was able to open an account. They said I could wait for someone to help. After sitting down and waiting a lady comes up to me and asked me what can I help you with and I said again to open an account she said she couldn’t help me because I don’t have an appointment and they’re about to close. She then proceeded and said if you had an appointment I would’ve taken care of you because I don’t have an option, but you don’t have an appointment so you need an appointment. It clearly shows that she wanted to leave early and not help me open an account. I definitely don’t recommend this place.
