Came in for the first time with my goldendoodle and picked up a greyhound. My appointment was for 12:30 they called for pickup at 4:51pm. So they had my poor dog in there for over 4 and a half hours and got completely shaven bald. To top it off I paid $160 Included is a $20 tip (before I saw the dog). I feel totally ripped off. Thanks a lot guy's!The picture on the left is what I asked for and the picture on the right is what I got.You tell me...

We go this groomer exclusively. I'll tell you why. I am an old school guy. I love that when I walk in, I feel welcomed. Also, I am treated like I am important. It seems a simple thing, but it is rare these days. Thank you for everything you do and for the way you do it.

Gina did an amazing job on my little boy Kobe. He is evenly cut and smells great and the take-home treats and bow-tie was a really nice touch. Definitely recommend!

We have three Newfoundlands and would not ever consider anyone else to groom our babies. One of our babies has had both of her cruciates repaired, and Woof Gang Heathrow is so very gentle and considerate of this, making special accommodation for her. Our other two are extremely high energy, and once again Woof Gang Heathrow knows exactly how to make their grooming experience fun for them. Everyone comes back looking gorgeous, glossy, happy, and DRY (it's a big deal with a Newf...). The staff is kind and caring; ownership is exemplary. I would give more stars if Google would let me. Go - you won't be disappointed (make sure it's the Heathrow location in Colonial Town Park).

Great store. Had a lot of fun walking around and perusing all the cute items that my chihuahua could rip to shreds after spending money on the toys. Lol. Loved the mix and match snacks and all the birthday celebration items. It's kinda pricey but looked to be high quality. I didn't interact with any employees while there.

Conflicted review. Took my dog here 4 weeks ago and he was groomed beautifully. So I cannot say they do bad work- what I’m going to review is the bad service/ practice at this location. 1st time I brought my dog in for a full groom they told me it would be a 4-5 hour wait. I thought that was strange since I had taken him to other groomers that were much quicker. Thinking about it, I walked back in after dropping him off and questioned them about the time. They assured me it would take the full 4-5 hours just on his grooming (as in there were no other dogs being taken first). I told them okay and that I would head to the gym that was 15 minutes away. Well, I went home and changed then went to the gym and was interrupted during my workout when they called and he was ready to go 2 hours after dropping him off. Whatever, besides my workout getting cut short that wasn’t a bad experience and he looked great. Price not too bad either. Then today, took my dog in for an appointment I made a couple days ago for a mini groom. When I got there they had him down for a full groom which was incorrect and told me it would be at least 3-4 hours for the mini groom since there were dogs ahead of him- since they planned on him being a full groom for some reason. My dog doesn’t like being caged and I felt uncomfortable with him being in a cage in the back for such a long time. On top of that, I had somewhere to be in 4 hours of dropping him off (which I thought would be totally doable for the mini groom). I told them that I had somewhere to be and he couldn’t possibly take 3-4 hours for a mini groom to which they said I could pay an express fee to get him done in under 2 hours if I wanted him out ahead of the other dogs in front of him that were actually taking up all those hours. I declined and left without my dog being groomed, unfortunately. I do not agree with the practice of having a scheduled appointment time then keeping dogs caged in the back because as a business, you overbooked and have so many to groom at once. I have also never heard of these outrageous grooming timeframes and my dog has been to several other groomers.

Tried to come in for the first time, was greeted when we walked in, NOTHING was said about closing any time soon. The sales lady came up to us and said sorry to kick you out but it's 5 o'clock now. So I have to kick you out. We were there for less than 5 minutes. Definitely planned on buying several items. But guess they didn't want our business

The groomer did a great job listening to my concerns and consulted with me on how I wanted him to look. Then she made him look so cute! ?4 ? because the whiskers were trimmed only on one side of his face and slightly uneven trimming in the body.

We've been going to Woof Gang in Colonial Town Park for years. We love the products they offer and we have gotten to know the owner very well. We are probably in the store at least once a week. They have always treated us incredibly well, provided incredible customer service, and are just good people personified. As long as we live in the area, we'll never get any dog food/treats/grooming anywhere else.

Avoid taking your pets here! The owner, Carl, showed absolutely no empathy when I called to inform him of a mistake one of his groomers made. When I took my dog in, we discussed what kind of groom I wanted, and both the groomer and I ran our fingers through his coat (including the neck area) to confirm that there were no matts. When speaking with Carl after my golden-doodle’s haircut, he deceptively tried to tell me my dog came in like this despite my detailed conversation with the groomer upon check in. I asked him if my dog supposedly came in like this, why didn’t I receive any communication either during his appointment or after? At that point, all he was able to do was apologize for the “lack of communication.” This place is shady and clearly has issues with accountability.I love how they tried to cover it up with the bandana however, it speaks volumes of their business.Response to owner -Carl, the lies you continue to make and the gaps in your story make it very evident that you’re trying to cover up a mistake your employee made. Initially you said you noticed the “wound” or “scab,” when you put my dog on the table at approximately 10:05 am. You then proceeded to say you noticed immediately when I dropped him off at 9am. I told you I wanted time stamps of these photos since there were so many discrepancies in your responses. Instead, you screenshot the photos before sending them to me to hide the time stamps. With regard to a matting fee, I clearly told the groomer upon check in: “if he is matted, shave him down. If not, I want two inches taken off his coat.” Both the groomer and I at that point ran our fingers through his coat and she stated “he is not matted. I feel some tangles under his belly, but I can easily brush that out.” If he was “wounded” as you stated, the groomer would’ve noticed that and brought it to my attention during the initial consultation. So the fact that you still tried to charge an additional fee despite my instructions to the groomer, speaks volume on how poorly your business is doing. My dog was not matted, if so, that would have been discussed initially. My prior appointment in August was not his last grooming appointment as I had him groomed in October at Aussie, none of which is your concern however. The matter at hand is the blotch that the groomer shaved down to his skin. Your allegations of having a tight collar is laughable as my dog never wears a collar since I always let him out in the backyard. For one, a “collar scab” would show further around the neck, not just one small area. For two, when I brought him in on Christmas Eve, he didn’t have a collar on either. Your accusations are erroneous and shines a lot of light on your business values. What I would also love to bring up is how you continue to text me from different numbers harassing me. You are devoting so much time and energy into an incident that you supposedly have not fault in.I’m glad I was able to reach out to Woof Gang corporate and raise my concerns, your customer service thus far is despicable.

My first visit I brought our Cavalier for a groom. The staff was incredibly nice. They were done right on time. Finally found a groomer we can trust! Thank you Carl!

I love this place. They're always so good to my Koba. I used to take him to PetSmart and the ladies were so rude and would actually not be excited to see him. When I bring him here, they're always so excited to see him. Glad to see them love my doggy just as much as I do ❤️

We love Woof Gang Bakery. It is a great little store with any kind of dog treat you can imagine. Since we have two ravenous dogs, we are probably there at least 2x per month and have always been treated incredibly well by the staff. Over the years, we have gotten to know the owner incredibly well and he is a great human being. Their products are great, their service is even better. We also love to support local businesses whenever possible and in this case, we'll never go anywhere else.

I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional. The fact that I have to go through the lengths of blocking his number and calling the cops to get this man to stop contacting me, is absolutely ridiculous.
