“I go here quite a bit and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I see some of these reviews were from 6+years or so ago, so it's possible the previous employees weren't that great. Since, I've been frequenting the post office quite a bit these last few years, they been great! There's been Eric and Enrique who are so genuinely polite. But the guys that usually are my go-to's most of the time are Luis, Moises and Nelson! These guys are so funny, very helpful especially when i was sending pkgs to my daughter when on deployment or if I'm collecting my mail after a vacation trip and they're just all- around friendly! Couldn't ask for a better bunch of people! #usps”

“Living in Deltona for 2 years now. My mail carrier is awesome. I shop online a lot. He always delivers my stuff with a smile. He even made sure to give me a little grief when my team lost the Superbowl lol. It was hilarious! Never had an issue sending or receiving anything. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This is the least I could do to help that situation. I'll be going today to mail a package with a label on it already. I'll be out of there in 2 minutes as I don't need to wait in a line or talk to anyone. Learn how the mail system works and it's amazingly simple ?”

“I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!”

“I know most of the reviews here are from people who had a bad experience and were upset - and I am sure things happen, but I have been very very happy with the service I have received here over the past 4 years. I have gone to other post offices and it has been awful. This one, the associates have always been patient knowledgeable and helpful, service has been prompt, and it is SUCH a blessing to have low cost mail options available - fed ex and UPS prices are INSANE right now and I have had multiple poor experiences with both, fed ex especially. So yes, problems do happen with mail and it’s a big system. Overall however this is my favorite post office to go to, they really are working to do their best and I have had very good experiences here .”
