“Title: Exceptional Service from Kevin! Massive thanks to Kevin for his outstanding help on September 5th. We were shipping a fragile, handmade epoxy table to Texas in a homemade box and were concerned about cost. Kevin was fantastic. He proactively weighed our package to compare pricing, proving that our DIY box was the most affordable option. He was knowledgeable, patient, and offered valuable advice for future shipments. His service went above and beyond. We are so grateful and will absolutely be returning customers because of him!”

“So the lady who helped me was super awesome and understanding. Very knowledgeable about everything and got my issues fixed all while she smiled. The little store I’m for sure coming to get some dips and hot sauce. The store cat was just the cutest.”

“We had a great experience with CCI. Mark came to our house and did some excellent repair work on one of cars and our leather couch. I would recommend this company.”

“I go here quite a bit and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I see some of these reviews were from 6+years or so ago, so it's possible the previous employees weren't that great. Since, I've been frequenting the post office quite a bit these last few years, they been great! There's been Eric and Enrique who are so genuinely polite. But the guys that usually are my go-to's most of the time are Luis, Moises and Nelson! These guys are so funny, very helpful especially when i was sending pkgs to my daughter when on deployment or if I'm collecting my mail after a vacation trip and they're just all- around friendly! Couldn't ask for a better bunch of people! #usps”

“Pleasant, prompt, informative and helpful. Good rates for mailing packages. They have some unique older post office toys on display. I added one to their collection which they were very appreciative of. I know it will be safe and cared for there.”

“One of the friendliest and efficient (yet small) post offices I've ever visited and had to use, and there have been many for buisness and personal! This location is well run and easily accessible and a great location.”

“First foremost, never seen an empty line in the post office. Eric was working up front by himself and was able to help me with my change of address quickly. Highly recommend this place despite the other reviews!”

“Sanford is a beautiful small town & definitely worth checking out. They even have a trolley. Dropped a package off at the nice & clean PO after picking my daughter up at the airport.”

“I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!”

“I know most of the reviews here are from people who had a bad experience and were upset - and I am sure things happen, but I have been very very happy with the service I have received here over the past 4 years. I have gone to other post offices and it has been awful. This one, the associates have always been patient knowledgeable and helpful, service has been prompt, and it is SUCH a blessing to have low cost mail options available - fed ex and UPS prices are INSANE right now and I have had multiple poor experiences with both, fed ex especially. So yes, problems do happen with mail and it’s a big system. Overall however this is my favorite post office to go to, they really are working to do their best and I have had very good experiences here .”
