I usually have a good experience here but this particular night their computer glitched during my transaction, my bank says I paid for my products but because it didn't process on their end I can't have my stuff. They called the manager and she was no help at all. I live and work in the area and I offered to give them my info and if it didn't go through I would come back and pay for it. I'm disappointed for sure

Ghetto. Lack of proper management. Disorganized, dirty. Perishable product (eggs) in non functioning cooler, yet empty space in functioning sections of cooler two spaces away. They would rather let their product go bad then to take 15 minutes to reorganize. Unbelievable.

I really love the Dollar general store, but this particular store is kinda disorganized, many times they are out of stock on items, and months will go by before they are restocked if ever. And you have a hard time getting through the aisle's because of stuff piled everywhere.

Used to be the most shopped store in Lake Panasoffkee some many years ago. It's sad to see how things have treated it recently, especially post-pandemic.

Bought liquid coffee creamer 8/15. Next morning 8/16 2:30am open it and used. Took a few big drinks to an odd taste. Checked the creamer it was still in date, yet spoiled. Got to work at 4am and at 4:30ish those 3 drinks plus came up. Then continued to work a 12 hours shift with a dairy sick stomach. I don't know about anyone else but to me dairy sick is the worst. Couldn't return with no receipt even though it's a Clover Valley product.
Because they are so short staffed, they are not able to get the dairy products in their coolers in the allotted time before they spoil. This is not store levels fault. I blame corporate. They do not give these stores the hours to adequately staff these stores. It's not just our Dollar General here in Lake Pan. It's most Dollar Generals. They want to save money for labor, while product is going bad and merchandise is walking out the door with the thieves. Brilliant job👏 !
My family will no longer be shopping here. We are a family of 9. I always chose Dollar General, it's familiar to me. Getting familiar with Family Dollar now. They do not have my creamer that is a Wal-Mart thing now. But they do have my 3 gallons of milk every 2 days!

There was stuff everywhere blocking the isles and making it hard to get the things I needed, I'm not sure what they're had going on but it was very kaotic, and in poor shape.... The outside was very dirty... Trash everywhere, parking lot needs cleaning, the area by dumpsters needs to be graded so the water does not sit in a big puddle and has algae and stuff floating on it, and smells really horrible!Maybe they was going through some type of change and it will all work out to be really nice and neaton the inside and maybe then they will focus on the outside... But whatever it is that is going on it is in really bad shape when I visited....laundry soap could befound I. Four different locations..... Just hatf to do any shopping because you can't even get the little buggy down most the isles because they had stuff everywhere....Y'all people are better than this.... Don't y'all have a night crew to restock and stuff so your customers don't have these type of experiences.... Will be back to the store soon..... So stay tuned for an update.....

They're always closed and then when they are open the self checkouts never open The people at the registers are slow as hell... I would just rather go to family Dollar

Today I went to my local Dollar General and it was amazing. The manager taught me how to do my coupon he took his time out just to teach me he’s been working really hard to get this business back up and running in this correct manner and we really appreciate it.

Haven't been here in a few years, didn't care for the manager who ran it at the time. But decided to give this place another chance and am glad I did. Super friendly staff that are also knowledgeable on their items. The produce section is also a plus since it saves me a trip to Bushnell
