Today I went to this ALDIs and cashier Patricia was YELLED at a sweet elderly lady because she had a box with her groceries on the conveyor belt. The poor old lady immediately apologized and took the box down. Patricia’s rude behavior to our elderly community was completely uncalled for!!! Made me so upset! All shoppers should be treated with dignity and respect no matter your age!

Good food value and some variety that you don't find in your local grocery stores. Mostly clean and just staffed enough to be operable. Bring your own bags if you want don't want to juggle or pay

Very affortable prices when shopping for your food groceries! You always have to help yourself in everything that you are looking for! One or 2 cashiers to check you out. Therefore , you always have to be in a long waiting line.

Getting to be the only affordable place for food. Great quality items, love the concept, feels like shopping in Europe. Don't forget to bring a quarter for the carts. Beers and wines are good too... and the German Christmas cookies and Gorgonzola Brie are to die for.

This used to be my go too . But not so much anymore. It's usually very crowded. And the people are rude here . The employee,s. Are very nice and helpful. So don't get me wrong. It's the clients that are rude . Parking is a mess . Store seems to always be stocking so getting around the aisle is a challenge. Been coming here for 5 years. This will probably be my last till I find a different aldi

I had a truly unpleasant experience at Aldi today. I entered the store with my baby in my arms and grabbed a shopping cart that was available inside. However, to my shock, the cashier yelled at me from afar, demanding that I return the cart as it was meant for customers, and I should go fetch one from outside. This incident was nothing short of humiliating. I left the store feeling furious and completely disrespected. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will think twice before ever setting foot in Aldi again.

Just witnessed 2 cashiers embarrass a customer and make rude comments towards her. We were there @10.30am on 9/9/23. We felt so bad for the customer!! Are the cashiers so lazy they just sit in chairs and make fun of customers all day. Absolutely unacceptable. There is no reason for a location to not have a local phone #.

I stopped going to ALDIS because not always I could find what I needed. Now that I heard ALDIS was going to have almost everything organic I thought it was time to check it out. There’s actually less organic items now, not much have change and I still payed over $100 for not much.Wish there was a grocery with mostly all organic produce and products, and what does it mean organic seedless grapes? Is organic but no seeds! So it’s lab made organically seedless with also less chemicals lolWhy? Please stop this madness and sell real food!

Check your receipts! In the past I have been: charged more for some weekly finds than what was advertised, and I've had my items rung up more than once. Last night it happened again, I bought one tub of butter, but was charged for two. What is more the 2 charges were separated by other item so how did that happen? So the cashier had to ring up my butter, hold on to it and not put it in my cart, ring up a different item, then ring up the butter again! I have been an Aldi shopper for years and if you notice how they work - they are fast (super fast) and they ring up your item and in the cart it goes. I can't figure out how this was an accident. Is overcharging us at the register how they can afford to be a few pennies cheaper than Wal-Mart? Something to think about...
