I bought the sectional, the picture and the rug exactly like Badcock had it on their floor display! I’m going to add decorative pillows. Beautiful and extremely comfortable. I used scotguard on it prior to anyone sitting on it, I also use *light thro blankets. It’s extremely comfortable. WARNING- it’s BIG! I had to make one piece a chair which worked out beautifully. Just make sure you have the space OR redesign it like I did. Absolutely amazing set up. I received soooo many compliments.

Delroy was my sales person he was awesome, he was very professional and nice , got me out of the store less than an hour . If you ever go to that location choose Delroy. delivery was good and smooth sailing. Overall process 10/10

Absolutely awesome customer service! I am very unhappy with the dresser drawer on my bed that cuts me and my husband every time we get into and out of the bed. Very unfortunate that was not shared before I purchased it the bed!

We highly recommend Isa Jimenez, Sales Associate, at Badcock Home Furniture! She was professional, friendly and we actually had fun shopping for our furniture! She helped us select the perfect living room set and rug. She has tenure with the company so she knows how to help and her personality makes you want to purchase everything in the store! The delivery was just as Isa promised-on time and delivered with care-smooth and hassle free! We love our new furniture; thank you again Isa!

I bought a bedroom set from The Lake Park store, bed came damaged. I exchanged it for another bed, same exact price.When the new bed gets here , it’s missing the dresser, nightstands and mirror. Clair the manager didn’t tell me those items were out of stock. I finally get another set and I added a nightstand all paid in cash. I also paid in full for a box spring and two lamps. I opened my mail and there is a bill for 151.00 ,I spoke to several people about this issue and was told they don’t understand where the bill was coming from. Claire is the manager and she doesn’t know where the bill comes from. I would never send anyone to this store. I am so disgusted and disappointed with this store, and I have transferred my account to another store (Cherry Rd) where they were actually trying to get the answers I needed. I have not heard from nobody at badcock regarding this matter. Don’t go to the Lake Park store…TERRIBLE SERVICE
