If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. Every time I come here, there's only ONE person working the lobby, and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. It’s like they don’t value their customers’ time at all.

Came into this Branch this morning to try to get a quick question answered and nobody seemed to bother to take the time to greet or make an appointment with a representative, I waited about 10 minutes and even after a few employees came out nobody came over and talked to me

The slowest most incompetent bank there is. If my boss didn't use the bank ID never cone here and I suggest you steer clear. 30-Hr no matter what I'm doing everytime. 1 teller line out the door. This place is a joke do yourself a favor and bank with someone who cares. Because these people absolutely do NOT.
