If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. Every time I come here, there's only ONE person working the lobby, and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. It’s like they don’t value their customers’ time at all.

Came into this Branch this morning to try to get a quick question answered and nobody seemed to bother to take the time to greet or make an appointment with a representative, I waited about 10 minutes and even after a few employees came out nobody came over and talked to me

I have visited this Lake Park branch 3 times in 3 weeks. At different times of the day each visit. They are always busy and under staffed. One person working the lobby. Tuesday December 17th it was busy, five or six people before me same as the other two times I visited. The receptionist wasn't so bad the first two visits. But she was extremely rude on Tuesday. She tell me there was only one person working the lobby and there would be a wait time at least an hour or more. I asked her if she could help me because once before the receptionist help me with the issue I was there for. It seemed I offended her by asking her that. That's when she became rude. I then left and went to the branch on Military and 45th. Where I received the assistance I need it in less than 5 minutes of being there. I would give that Branch five stars, lake Park branch 1. I live less than 5 minutes from lake Park branch, but if I have to do in-person banking it would be at the military and 45th. Enough said.

The slowest most incompetent bank there is. If my boss didn't use the bank ID never cone here and I suggest you steer clear. 30-Hr no matter what I'm doing everytime. 1 teller line out the door. This place is a joke do yourself a favor and bank with someone who cares. Because these people absolutely do NOT.

ALWAYS HORRIBLY UNDER STAFFED. Faster to drive to another branch than go here. And mysteriously , their “system is down” fairly often and other branches don’t. Is this branch a “step child”? Bad joke but so is this branch

The customer service here stinks, the open at 9 and they are not prepared, you have to wait another 10 minutes to get help, the tellers don’t know what they are doing, there is always a problem, I was late for work because of this

I love the associates at this branch. They are very helpful and kind. Georges was about to go to lunch, but when the Manager told him that I have been waiting to get help, he stayed back to assist me.
