2 stars because the selection and quality of the fabrics. HOWEVER. The staff was so rude and cold I will never return. Walked right up to the front lady and asked you she was going and was stone walled. Rude and unpleasant.

The store has an amazing array of fabrics. Nancy was very nice. Gave me tips on how to DIY kitchen cushions. The other ladies were not so nice. Ask for Nancy when and if you go. She knows her stuff.

No complaints whatsoever. We were at the store in Lake Park yesterday and found it to be a very pleasurable shopping experience. I've never shopped for fabric before, but their selection was abundant and it all seemed to be of high quality and at extremely fair and reasonable prices. "I'll be back." Thank you!

Great selection, amazing help with designing what we needed. They promised it would be 6 weeks It ended up taking almost 4 months. I will not be returning for that reason.

Prices have really increased. Customer service, sales staff on phone. Received a hello when walking in. But that was the extent of interaction.

How sad that they DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH although they promise too. My project needs tweeking and they refuse to return even though they did try previously. This company can not be trusted....and they will not work for you unless entire charge is paid up front....and with a lengthily wait.

Lake Park location. Customer service is lacking. No one greets you and they are always on the phone with orders. Had to hunt someone down for assistance and it wasn’t even busy inside.
