Anyone that knows me as well as my emailed receipts I am a LOYAL customer to Burlington it is the ONLY place I shop and have been for years when they were COAT FACTORY . I've never had a BAD experience until going to this location . The cashiers are unprofessional and are not representing Burlington the way they should . From the initial interaction they come off with the attitude of not wanting to be there . The Manager JAMES condones in the unprofessionalism of his team and I am all about principle and respect and when I am not treated how I should be especially as a customer considering the amount of time and money I spend in the stores .... I am a VALUABLE customer then just a random spare in the moment shopper . I go into EACH & EVERY respecting and expecting a great experience.

This is Disgusting.
How are you guys going to have pincode locks 🔒 on the restrooms? In such a big store.
1. I walk to the restrooms to find it lock 🔐
2. Walk way up to the register to get assistance.
3. Walk back to the restroom 🚻 to wait again for someone to come open the door 🚪.
This can't be legal for such a big store.

This store is so short staffed. There is 20 people in front of me and two cashier who seem to be under training. By one needing the other. I don’t know how this store is going to survive back to school crowd.

Wish I looked at the reviews before shopping here. Merchandise choices are sparse, the line to check out is slooooow. At least the store is clean. The bathroom is clean.

Only one change room open with a line up of 6 people. Employees said that its store policy to have one change room open. Plus there are a bunch of ants crawling around the ground in front of the change room door.

They are the worst place to shop for and the people are nasty I waited in line for at least 40 minutes just to buy a pair of mens boots for work I am never going there again

This is by far the worst Burlington ever. There’s no excuse to have a long line and the associates stand around and talk with each other. I have never been this underestimated as a customer. As if my time and money is not worth it to them. This store needs to be revamped with different management. You’re failing your local community that comes here to shop.
