After a bad experience with a pool service that lives in our neighborhood I looked for another one and found Coastal Chemical Inc. I am really happy we found Coastal Chemical Inc. I don't have a single complaint after 2 year's. If you give them a try you won't regret it.

I have used this pool service for close to 20 years and have always had great service. Travis alwaysanswers the phone or gets right back to me about any questions I have and Jeremy does such a great job with the chemicals and bails me out when I don’t get things perfect with cleaning filter or have the pool just on the wrong setting. They always look out for me and have always gone the extra mile to make sure our pool is taken care of with so much care. I would recommend them to anyone. Those who just can’t get their chemicals right and it is less expensive than hauling all the pool chemicals in my car. I would highly recommend trying Coastal Chemical, Inc. Pool Services a try - you will be amazed at their service and integrity.

this company decided that now would be a good time to stabilize the pool and charged me $110 for that service. I told him do not stabilize my pool I cannot afford $110. Travis in the front office cancelled me as a customer, for which I am very grateful. The techs I had to deal with were fine and did a very good job but I'm glad I don't have to deal with this thief anymore
