I literately just left CVS but let me be clear I'm a Pharmacy Technician at Publix and we pamper our customers because without them there is no US. So with that said The Pharmacist was alone ok I get that but if u say I'll be there in one minute it should be one minute what's on that screen is important I get that but don't have your customers waiting longer then a minute I stood there it feels like 5 minutes while the Pharmacist types away on her computer. I was taught at Publix to stop what your doing and tend to your customers. I was not treated like a priority at. CVS as a company needs to work on that.. I'm definitely a REVIEW LEAVING PERSON.... Diana I think that was her name.... Literally the back bone of the Pharmacy... She needs to work more on Customer service. She was nice but not good with time at all..

Called this location and spoke to the pharmacy tech. I must have called a different location than the one I normally get my prescriptions filled. She was very unpleasant and short with an attitude on the phone and did not want to help me. She said they were busy and to call the other one on Northlake. Very disappointed with her behavior...whether they are busy or not.

The gentleman in the pharmacy area is not helpful at all, he can help find nothing he says he only there to fill prescriptions nothing else, would have never went there if my doctor told me they had what I was looking for, he was a very Rude person

Absolutely fabulous customer service at this location! Nick went above and beyond. He was able to do in less than an hour, what I have been trying to get another CVS to do for over a week! Thank you Nick, we are very satisfied customers!

I changed from the CVS in PBG because there were a few times where they told me my prescriptions were ready & when I would get there they would tell me they don't have it & they had to order it & other weird things. So I transferred to this CVS & they are absolutely wonderful. They're understanding and knowledgeable. They actually 'mean what they say' with no last minute surprises. I love them over here!
