I’ve had plenty of good experiences at other laundromats over the years, but not here. The cleaning woman swept right over my feet like I was in the way, and this was well before closing time. When the dryer ate my quarters and I asked for help, no one could assist me because of the language barrier. In a customer-facing job in the U.S., being able to communicate in English should be expected.
To top it off, I overheard a worker saying they’re usually much busier. After experiencing the rudeness and lack of customer service here, I can see why business has slowed down. I won’t be back.

I came in for the 1st time and the Lady had an whole attitude when I came back at 8am after school drop off, as if we were the one's who dirty the laundromat. I'm never going back after that.. she apologized but who knows what will set her off again. I'm good going after 9 elsewhere. I dealt with people like her for 2 years at my previous job and I refuse to deal with it all over again.

I LOVE this laundry mat, I’ve been coming here while my house is under renovation. It is clean, convenient and safe. The staff is always friendly and helpful!
