New customer here and I'm staying here! :) We got to Earl Stewart knowing which 2 used cars we wanted to see. Ian helped us. The car we got is perfect. Ian was great and we were done in less than 2 hours. Ian also was able to get us an extra key! Gabriel in financing was great. Very kind. His customer service is amazing!

We had the absolute worst experience at Toyota of Vero Beach so we brought our vehicle to Earl Stewart for servicing. They helped us rectify a multitude of issues we had lingering and they went out of their way to rectify them when they did not have to. Dan and Ricky in the body shop went above and beyond as did everyone we were in contact with throughout our wonderful experience there. We are grateful for Earl Stewart Toyota and will happily use them for any of our vehicle needs.

This place was “bait and switchy” to me. I was looking and negotiating for a 2024 Hybrid Corolla. We negotiated a price, and when I told them I was coming in, they informed me that it had just been sold. “Plausible,” of course, but also a lot suspicious. Then they sent me a link to used Corolla’s, I found one I liked, negotiated a price and came in.When I came in the car they were selling was not the same as the one on The picture. It didn’t have wheels, it had hub caps and the grill was different.When I mentioned it to my salesperson, she said they had just put in a stock picture of a different model and that it was my fault for not knowing the difference between the LE and the SE model. They intentionally put a picture of a nicer car and marketed it as a lesser priced car.After having to fight them, a manager agreed to reduce the price by $300.They showed me a car fax report showing no accidents or damage, but after taking it home, it became clear that this car had been side swiped on the passenger side and repaired.I am certain the dealership knew this and didn’t disclose this.Is summary, the dealership seems to offer better prices than other Toyota dealerships, but then you get what you pay for.I cannot recommend Earl Stewart Toyota.

My hubby and I, ordered a Toyota tandra in 2022 and received a 2024 Luna Ro today. There was no surprises with the price!Awesome job Earl Stewart Toyota! and kudos to this dealership. The cheapest in town! All other dealership was 5 thousand dollars more than what we paid for our Toyota tandra.God bless you all from this day forward and for ever more ?The sales rep Erick Celestine was awesome!I reached out to Mr. Earl Stewart and he responded to me promptly! Please stop by Earl Stewart Toyota, you will be glad you did.Thank you so much for your services, and making my hubby the happiest man alive, as we celebrate our 36 years anniversary, thank to Erick and Mr. Earl Stewart for making our anniversary so special ❤️

Great customer service from Ian in the sales department and Dan in the body shop. I purchased my 2 year old used car and the next day noticed it had paint damage. When I asked about returning it, they offered to fix it all under warranty for me. Very happy with the outcome and my car.

I ordered a new RAV4 hybrid from Earl Stewart in March 2023. The expected delivery date was in December 2023. However my car was received at the dealer in mid November so it was a month earlier than expected. A very pleasant surprise. My transaction went very smoothly. The sales person was very helpful and I’m very pleased with the service. I’ll be a return customer.

Bought a car here recently and 3 salesmen were rude and unprofessional. One called me a liar and proceeded to loudly complain about me to another salesman. Was never offered water until I spoke to the receptionist hours later. The sales manager I spoke to a few days later was pleasant. I will continue to have my car serviced here since that team is also pleasant, but I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here and expecting to be treated with respect.

A very good experience. Richard Goldfeder was our sales person. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The best part is there is no “let me check with my manager” gimmicks. The price is the price with no underlying add on costs. We got a great car!

It was a great experience to purchase a new vehicle at Earl Stewart Toyota. We traveled over two hours and it was definitely worth it. Our salesperson, Steven Silverstein, was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He did a great job in making the purchasing experience pleasant, transparent, and stress-free. We tried to buy a brand new car at Earl Stewart Toyota but it took 10 months until we gave up on the purchase because it was too much time waiting, chasing on them and we were able to buy somewhere else. So today, my tire got a nail on it and I went there to fix it and to use my extended warranty that also includes tire’s service. The attendant asked me if I bough the car over there and I said no, so the answer was that he couldn’t find anything on the system and I needed to buy another tire or look up on my dealership - my dealership fixed it with my warranty with no issues but also told me that Earl Stewart Toyota was able to see that in the system they just didn’t wanna do it. That’s really disappointing!

Buying a car has never been a pleasant experience for me. I have had really bad experiences with the previous dealers I did business with in the past but today since the moment I walked into Earl Steward Toyota the environment felt different from what I was used to. Marlene Levy was my sales representative and she provided an exceptional service, she made me feel comfortable and confident about the car buying process. Alan the financial manager also was outstanding and kindly helped me with all the questions I had. The dealer doesn’t have any hide fees or market adjustments, last week a different dealership had the same car I bought today with a $20.000 market adjustment value. I will give them 10 stars if I could. 1000% recommend.

Everything about the buying experience here was top notch. I didn't feel pressured and didn't feel like they were playing mind games. The price is the price, and they are there to help. Leonel was great throughout the entire process and I highly recommend you seek him out if possible (although I'm sure the other salesmen and women will be just as good if he's already busy).

My friend referred me to check with Earl Stewart to buy a new Sienna car. Mr Leonel picked my call , he told me that there is going to be one vehicle coming in 10 days and I will book it for you, and immediately he sent me a quote without any dealer markup costs as they keep telling. And after 10th day Leonel gave me a car as promised. My friends were amazed by looking at my new car with in few days. Mr Leonel made this transaction so smooth such that I did not even feel like I put any efforts to buy a car. A big thanks to Leo? for your commitment and honesty, Thanks Earl Stewart ? for the great experience. Thanks Franco for helping with documentation.You guys did amazing job..

Hands down the best experience we have ever had at any dealership! There were no surprises! Purchased a new Sienna without paying the ridiculous markup and dealer fees other dealers demanded. Marlene sent us over photos and video of the new van (since we live 45 miles away). She also provided OTD numbers before we came to see the van. Nothing changed after we decided to move forward with the transaction. They gave us a fair number for our trade and a competitive term and rate on the finance side. No pushy sales pitch. Showed us our options and let us make the decision. If you want a new or used car, this is the place to go!!
