Everyone who worked here, especially the manager Angie (Angela) , are the most incompetent people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Bought a washer and dryer unit from them and paid extra for delivery/take away, and it's been the worst experience. Thanks.

Ordered outdoor cabinets. Very poor experience. Ended up cancelling order after 3 months of promises. Wouldn’t recommend !!

Rented a truck for a move. Customer service did not assist with ease, they complained about going outside to check truck in. Made customers feel like a burden. Good price for box truck rental, poor service.

Stay far away from this store! I have been coming to this store for 15 years and it was always amazing up until about a year ago. It has been gradually going downhill since then but I have endured it because I try to stay loyal to brands. Well today was the final straw. Taking my business to Lowes and never looking back!! I have met 2 people in this store that have great attitudes and are helpful. Carlos and a lovely girl at the pro desk. Other than that everyone is in a terrible mood and when you ask them for help they treat you like your inconveniencing them. To add insult to injury, they have now locked up 50% of the items in the store so you have to continue to inconvenience the people that work there by asking them for help again.
Likewise, I had them unlock the a pressure cleaner for me and they wouldn't even let me walk through the store with it. I understand that theft is an issue but treating your loyal and honest employees like thieves is not the proper solution to the problem.
Goodbye Home Depot on Northlak Blvd. It was a great run but IM DONE!!!!

Had to leave my order behind as the minimum wage overworked staff could not keep up with the weekend volume I will have to go through all of the trouble of canceling this through my my bank I walked the entire store and could not find anything resembling a customer service manager every employee I encountered refused to look at me because I must mean additional tasks to complete
