12/10 service,they got my parts ordered in less than 15 minutes and still waiting on a phone call from other trailer companies a week later! And they have a cat ? so they are reallly 15/10 :)

Made appointment trailer inspection. Trailered 40 mins. Then told could not be performed. Need schedule a service appointment and leave trailer. Approx $200+Company lacks basic customer service skills. Not even an apology for causing inconvenience.

Top notch trailer company !! I have 2 trailer companys in my hometown and I live about 35 minutes from Kauffs trailer. I gladly make the drive because this company is EXCELLENT to deal with. GREAT communication, on time delivery, and fair prices. Th owner is hands on, and the entire staff is pleasant to work with. FIVE STARS every time I go there. A happy, and loyal customer !!

My husband recently got a hitch placed on his 2014 Toyota Highlander by Kauff's Truck & Trailer. The service was very quick and efficient. The process was explained in detail as well as how to use the hitch by Trevor. The price was a bit higher than other companies but it was well worth it for the excellent service received. It was a great group of people to work and they were very professional from beginning to the end. My husband would highly recommend the company.

Added a Blue Ox "Avail" to my Motorhome as well as a baseplate with full wiring to a 2020 Jeep Rubicon. The folks at Kauff's were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time with me to walk through everything before and after the job was done to make sure everything was done right and most importantly, to make sure I knew the proper procedure to use the new equipment. They had me bring in my coach to complete the install, testing and training. Top Notch all the way.
