Leslie's offers free water testing free in-store repair and their chemicals may be a little more expensive than buying them at a cheap place like Walmart or Home Depot but I have never used anything from that store that didn't work right the first time every time you certainly get what you pay for when you shop with Leslie's they guarantee your satisfaction

Purchased a Polaris VXR cleaner less than a year ago, machine did break down, I took it back to Leslies Northlake store to get the warranty work done. After a week of zero communication from Leslie's, I call to check on it, I kept getting the run around from people answering the phone, few day later on a Thursday, I received a call from someone who sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I was told it was the connecting cable needed replacement and one was shipped out from factory warranty department. I asked him if it should arrive around following Wednesday, he told me it should be there before Wednesday. Following Thursday still no communication from the store, I called again. Guy on the phone had no clue, he said he was new and he had no answers for me. Next day I actually went to the store personally, I asked the young lady at the counter about my equipment, after giving me a " deer in the headlights" look, she passed me onto another employee who responded with the same look as she had. Finally another employee from back told me he was the on I spoke to a week ago, and they have not received the cable yet. I asked him the obvious question of " when is it going to be here" and he said he had no idea and he will call the factory and asked.Few hours later I received a call from the same guy, he told me part was on its way and it is scheduled to arrive NEXT TUESDAY. This is a full week after the original date.I know that there is no delivery service that takes that long for any package. At this point I knew I was being lied to, I did not want to get upset so I hung up.This is a $1600 pool cleaner. I expected it to be durable which proved to be not and also expected a good customer service after spending that amount for a pool cleaner, and that definitely was not the case. Needless to say they have lost a customer. I will not be going back to the Leslie's pool supply anywhere. I am taking my business to a different brand of pool supply store.

New homeowner in North Palm. I had some bad experiences at other local pool stores, but Leslie's has been fantastic. I feel like they're not trying to sell me the most expensive products/equipment, but helping me work with my budget. Customer service has been great (from both Brian and I believe Jess - the manager). Definitely recommend this pool store to anyone in the area.

Stopped in to get my pool water checked and purchase what chemicals needed, patiently waited my turn only to be skipped to help customers that came after me. The man at the counter saw me come in and acknowledged me, so he knew I was next.

Very disappointing in many ways. I had hired them to install a salt system and my pool return was fine before the salt cell system was installed by them. Once they installed my salt filtration system my pool return dropped down to about 30% of what it was before. When I called Leslie's customer service back to get help they said they would charge me a service call to look at the problem (on 7-30-2020). I have hired an outside company to take a look at all the connections to detect the problem. I will update my review once I know more. So far I am just disappointed with their attitude, which has been to quickly blame everyone else rather than trying to help me figure out the problem. It may very well have nothing to do with their sal system installation but the sequence of events suggests otherwise.

Came in here and gave them a 50 dollar bill for a pool part ... left about 3 min later I realized that i had only gotten change as if I gave them a 20 ... Came back in literally 2 min later and had to wait 30 min while the register kid called his boss who called his boss and then called the IT guy to be told they cant access the footage and that I was basically out the 30 dollars . I dont care about the money it was the principal ... totally unacceptable and I own a business myself a few towns down .

Good products, but their service is crappy. They cater to the pool guys. I guess it's more business that Amazon is getting
