Worst customer service experience ever! After 6 weeks of waiting for a prehung door to be delivered, I was told to contact the manufacturer. It was deemed lost, and took them another week to reorder. It was expedited by the manufacturer, but Lowe's set it for pickup, instead of delivery as originally ordered. No notifications, 0 communication, and absolutely no care, urgency, or concern from Lowe's. I called when the door arrived at the store (thanks again to the manufacturer who notified me of the delivery date) and was told to come pick up. Waited 40 minutes for some to acknowledge me and go investigate where my door was before bringing it out. All and all, 8 weeks of waiting, phone calls, emails, project delays, frustration... all for a single prehung interior door. A truly abysmal experience! Avoid this store at all costs!

Normally i am happy with Lowes in lake part fl#720, but this may have been the last time i order anything from Lowes. To start with on 3/5 I went to the tool department in lowes lake park to purchase a cable cutter, the employee told me not in stock which is common for lake park, I told him Pompano beach most likely would have in stock but he never even offered to check it out and have it sent up to lake Park. So the next day i check the item in the pompano store and it was in stock so i called the main lowes numbe the guy i spoke to did not know if the pompano store coud sent it up to lake park so it put me on hold for about 10 minutes maybe less came back and said NO. SoI then I call lake park and ordered the part, I was told 5 day delivery on 3/11. On 3/11 I checked my email several tiimes and only got NOTHING, CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD " ON IT'S WAY" whicjh does not help me at all. On it's way could be tomorrow or 5 days from now. Finally late afternoon i call #7290 and my first call was on hold afor about 20 minutes then someone from flooring picked up. So i gave up called back and was put on hold again. This time after about 10-15 minutes someone picked up and said they had mad an error and i was being charged for a box of the item i ordered even though i ordered on one. when i exoplaned thet to the girl in a rather nasty voice she hung, ended up it took me 50 minutes and 5 calls to get someone to tell me it was on the dock sdelived by fed x. She made arrangements for me to pick the item up the next morning at 6 . When i got up at 4 this morning I checked my email to see if the had been received, the item in thier system it still showed in tranisit, so i wait until 6 and called the store I was told it was still in transit so i had to explain to the lady that that was incorrect so she checked and found out it was a locked box at customer service i told her i would be there a t 7 to pick it up. I got there a 655 and had to while the girl loaded cash into her register and then another lady took me t another area and using my cell phone she unlocked the lock box and gave me my tool. All this too k about 20 minutes I figured that being i had already talk to someone and told them i would be there at 7 they would have the order ready for me at the desk, but that is not what happened. So based on the entire process of purchasing one tool i have deided I wiill never order anything from store #720 again. I feel the service starting with the tool associate was poorly handled and i hate when a company does not give me good service and in this case it was not good from start to fineish The girl that placed the order for me was the same girl that was able to locate the item in receiving, she was the only person in the entire process that did the job well enough to earn the title."she is a keeper". I can't remember her name other than it started with a T and ended in ha. She was the only person who seemed to know what was going on oin the store. At this point ace and home depot are being consider for my future business. I do a lot of business with Lowes and have spent over $3000 in the past 4 months. Most times i am happy with them but this time i am very disappointed in the entire process. It was like they were all new employees and did they not care about customer satisfaction.

i'm giving them one review because i cannot give them zero i am and have been in the construction development real estate investment industry for over 42 years What these make of stores have doneis ruin the small merchant that would give us good service good quality and fair prices Which had offered our company a substantial discount was discovered to have not been putting in those discounts but instead use creative accounting to make us think we were getting them Years later they tried to talk me back in and I actually needed a refrigerator from my own house and they talked me into a Samsung French door refrigerator which among many other things is impossible to clean without having to disassemble parts that take an hour or more Worst of all the price that they offer to give me wasn't given and I noticed this on the invoice and got back to the manager who was temporarily there and I forget his name it was Oakland Park FL and the man had a Roman name like Magnus but it was not Magnus He then says to me well I'm sorry I can't fix thatbut come into the store and he'll give me a discount on something else Like all of you I am busy and I don't have time for games and I certainly I'm not gonna go in there and start giving them large purchases again when they're pulling tricks and he was not ready to give me the money back that they overcharged or even a credit for that amount if I did not buy much more Trump may not be the favorite of many but let's look at this carefully isn't this a fraud what Lowe's did here and they do it every day

Lowes is the worst store ever. Three different Lowes told me three different things. I had my order canceled by them twice... I went in to order a door, and they advised me to order it online and have it delivered. So I did that. A few days later, a Lowes in Lake Park called me and said they wouldn't deliver it because they have a 50 mile range, and they were 62 miles away. So they canceled it and told me that this store in Vero should have ordered it and had it sent to their store. So I go to the Vero store again in person and speak to customer service. They did actually try to help me this time, and the man went out of his way to go to the back and look online. They finally came to a solution to outsource it and have it delivered from another Lowes. I paid in person? They took my money immediately. And yesterday I had confirmation that they were delivering the door from the other Lowes. This morning I get a call from aLowes in Sebring, which is apparently 90 miles away.... and they said they can't deliver to me for obvious reasons, I guess? I'm getting the run around. The guy from the Sebring Lowes said that they could and should have ordered it from my store, and that the Lake Park people should have delivered it and that the range is 70 miles, not 50. I call and try to speak with the Lake Park Lowes, and I'm on hold for almost 20 minutes. They picked up and just put me on hold. Now I'm out $600.00 and told I have to wait 7-14 business days for that back?! Are you kidding me?! I'm beyond angry, and can't afford to just not have $600! I HATE this company.

They really have just the worst customer service. They act like they're on the defensive if you try to make a return. They've updated their policy recently and you can't even get store credit for something that's stocked on the shelf in original unopened package if you don't have a receipt or the credit card you used. I would never make a big purchase here. So much better at HD.

Worst customer service ever! I've been here on multiple occasions and it's the same every time. Don't expect any kind of help in the departments Even if you call them they just do not show up. Don't expect any kind of help loading things up. Expect attitudes and poor work ethic.

we didn't go to shop we went for the kids workshop and had a blast!! it is much moreorganized than the one they do at home depot - there is not paint involved!!! you get stickers and the kids always have a blast! they get rewards for completing all the workshops in the year and they get a patch to put on their apron every time! super fun, just don't forget to register on the website before the day of the workshop ?and the young girl that gives out the projects and helps the kids is SO sweet she really is great and it seems like she genuinely likes helping the kids ?

Like most Lowe’s this place was a complete mess and not laid out well. Took a while to find a cart. Then even longer to find where they were hiding the 1x. Lots of merchandise blocking aisles I needed to access. Wouldn’t go back again unless I had to.On a positive. I did find a couple nice hats that were surprisingly inexpensive.

The worse store. Lowe’s period not just this one. Retuning an item that only Lowe’s sells. I can’t get a refund or a store credit something I bought 12/9/23. Why Home Depot is light years better.

Paul was awesome very personable in Lowe's paint department. Ilene our cashier smiled through entire process.
