“Marcus provided outstanding customer service at the Cricket store. He was incredibly pleasant, caring, and kind to everyone in my group. Marcus was knowledgeable, intelligent, personable, and had such a wonderful personality. He took the time to make sure we felt welcomed and well cared for, and his professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you so much, Marcus, for being so kind to us and making our experience such a positive one. I will definitely be returning to his store and highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service!”

“I received exceptional service when I visited this store. I had to upgrade to a new cell, and the customer tech took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly in the new phone and with my account.

I've been with MPCs for over 25 years, and the guy helping me at this store offered me the best CS experience I've ever seen at any store.

While I was there waiting for the cellphones to sync, he took care of other customers all withe the same excellent service, super courteous”
