Searched all over my entire home state of North Carolina and could not find a Maverick Hybrid. Literally called every dealer in the state. Was headed to Florida to visit family so called every dealer along 95 on the way down. Found one in Weston and West Palm and the Weston one sold before we got there. Called Curtis at Mullinax West Palm and he got us all set up for the transaction via text and connected me to financing which offered a deal better than my credit union. Held the truck for me for the day until I could drive there. Did not take too long to do all the paperwork and run through the vehicle. Zero pressure for additional sales from Curtis or the guy who helped us out in financing. Truck was exactly as described and exact price I expected. Would definitely buy from this dealer again if we needed to buy out of state again. They have "no dealer fees" but they do charge some market adjustments on extremely hard to find vehicles (like the hybrid Maverick which had a $3k extra cost). Was willing to pay it though to not have to wait over a year to order one. The market adjustments in my home state are $5k. Truck is still a really great deal even with the adjustment. I'm averaging well over 40mpg! Thanks Mullinax!

I bought a CERTIFIED F250. I picked it up at their Alpoka location and noticed right away that the side mirrors did not work and it sounded like a airplane. I immediately contacted my salesperson Shannon. I dropped it off in the WPB location where I purchased it and was given a loaner. I learned the fan motor was stuck on HIGH and the part was on back order. HOW IS THIS HAPPENING ON A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED? They replaced the mirrors and the broken tailgate and said they would call when the part came in. After weeks, I called to find out they had the part. Once again in the shop making this 2 times. Now the DEF filter is clogged and they want to change me 8500. I have not had this truck 3 months and this is the 3rd time in the shop for a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED. In addition, I purchased the Gold premium warranty which is also useless. I found out from Ford Corporation that Mullinex decides what gets covered under warranty and they choose not to fix it under the 2 warranties. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I have been using this dealership (Palm Beach Gardens) for service for the past 7 years, and up until a year or so ago, I was very happy with the service - polite, knowledgeable, and excellent communication. I was always well-informed as to what would be done and how long it would take. Then things changed. Whereas previously after service was done, I would receive a follow-up email with a survey. My service advisor always informed me of this survey and hoped he would receive a 5 (out of 5) if I felt it was earned. Then things changed. At first when I came to deal with an issue with my car, I felt it was like an imposition, that I was interfering with someone's social time. This happened a couple of times but today was the very worst. Sometime in October I made a service appointment for some computer issues I was experiencing, and Josh set me up for today (11/8). When I arrived this morning, on time, he asked if I had a ride and I said I would wait. He then said it would take 2-3 DAYS for the work. I asked him why he didn't tell me this when I set up the appointment so I could make plans for a ride/rental, and his answer was: WELL, I'M TELLING YOU NOW. I was shocked and angry and his lack of concern and how he brushed me off with a "don't give a damn" attitude. He also claims he is the service manager, which tells you a lot about this dealership. Such arrogance!I will not deal with this dealership anymore and am giving up on Ford for 2 reasons: lousy service and computer problems I experienced in my 2013 Escape I am now experiencing in my 2016 Escape. So much for progress.

While the sales side was a breeze when I purchased my 2021 Super Duty, the whole situation changed on my last service.I took it in for a check engine light only to be told it was a fuel sensor. While it was there they were to check the misaligned tailgate and the protruding front left fender. 16 days later I was told my truck was ready. I hurried over only to find my Service Advisor left for the day. They delivered my vehicle with only the fuel sensor addressed (in addition to a bad fuel line they found during the process). The other two items were listed as "no work performed". When I inquired about it to two of the other Service Advisors still there, they said, "what do you want from me, I'm not your Service Advisor". I suggest taking Service out of their titles. When I asked to see a manager, the one SA that was indifferent offers up that he's a Manager. Needless to say, nothing accomplished. Repeated calls and messages left for the Service Manager went unanswered. A few days later I get a call from the original advisor telling me to bring it in and he would have the body shop look at it. He further said, "if they don't call you, I will." Four days go by and no call, I called him, after getting yet another unreturned call from the Service Manager. He tells me, my truck is ready. He further added that, "they did the best they could but you know these trucks where the body is mounted directly to the frame, they take quite a beating,"really?Needless to say, I've taking my service to a competing dealer. Great place to buy, have it serviced elsewhere.

ordered a brand-new truck, truck arrived and had many issues including back glass scratched and front windshield crack. The sales rep took pictures and and wrote all issues down, sent to body shop they documented and took pictures. Made the appointment to have repairs but they would not make good on crack glass nor scratched window in the rear. They said they never saw the damages! Even after showing text messages from the sellers phone! Bottom line they do not care about the service they provide nor that you purchase a $80k truck and then have to buy new windshields and rear windows. will not buy from here again!

Had a wonderful experience with Tania! She helped me over the phone and had everything ready for me for Sunday when I finally came in. The whole process on Sunday literally took less than an hour. I walked out with my awesome new car. Thank you for everything!

June 5th 2023 my 2019 F250 supper duty truck would not start. I had it towed to Mullinax for WPB to have it repaired under warranty. I was informed Monday the 12th 2023 that a new fuel pump was installed. (this is the third fuel pump, two were installed at a different dealership) The truck started once then would not start again. Tuesday the 13TH 2023 I was informed that the technician caught my truck on FIRE. I went to the dealer ship that day to see the damage. It was extensive. I do not want to have it repaired because of the damage.I was told that I would be taken care of. I just want my truck replace for the same truck. Wednesday the 14th the sales man contacted me and told me he would sell me truck for 76,000.00. I built my truck on fords website and it was 66,185.00At this point they just want to make a sale and not take care of there client.I would be happy if they would at least sell me a truck for what they pay for it. Not try and make a profit of a mistake they made.

My mother’s car was towed there. Sadly she had passed away. It was a Hyundai Genesis 2 door. It went in at approximately 42,000 miles, when it was picked up it had 47,000 miles on it. I spoke to someone in the car business and they said it’s a common practice sometimes that they’ll use your car to pick up parts. Where did they go, with all that mileage..Everything was full of rust. My mother was 88 and she barely drove the car. There were videos of taken of the mileage, how does all that mileage accumulate when it is supposed to be sitting at the autobody shop getting fixed. I am totally shocked. They are corrupt I gather.

Do not use Collision Center. This is the worst management team I have ever run across. If you do not like the work they did you have no recourse. I had body work done on my car fender about 4 months ago. Still to this day when I walk out to my garage I cringe. They did not seed the fender correctly. You can see by the pictures. The first two pictures are on the side they say the fixed the other two pictures are of the other side of the car that did not need body work so it is original. Very frustrated client. Do not use Collision Center!!!Service: Body & Trim

Do not ever buy a car here ! They sell cars with a non-disclosed surcharge. They will have you believe that they sell MSRP and do not. The paperwork is written with no mention of any surcharge making one believe you are getting the MSRP. The salesman was notified before buying that I walked out of another dealer because of surcharges and sneakily did it anyway.Buyer Beware !!!!!!

They made no effort to contact me to schedule repairs after assessing the damage despite telling me they would. Finally I had to try emailing and calling which didn't work until finally I tried the office manager who scheduled me but it was over a month later (cosmetic damage I can't imagine what it would have been like if my car was undrivable).Don't bother trying the receptionist to schedule on the phone, that phone doesn't get answered and doesn't have voicemail set up.I also don't recommend emailing them, they just asked me via email to call them again.I will say for fairness the repairs were done pretty quickly once I got them scheduled, and I am happy with them. So their repair techs are clearly competent, it is just the front of the house with issues. They are either very understaffed or not making enough to care. Either way it was a frustrating experience.

Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else to be fixed. They sat on my car for over a month and didn't even touch it until my rental ran out on my insurance needless to say I was screwed. The best part was all they had to do was look at it because the insurance company ended up totaling the vehicle anyway. Do yourself a favor and stay away from dealership service centers.
