From new bike day to tuneups and troubleshooting, On Your Mark has you covered with the best gear and advice. They take the time to get to know you on a first name basis and patiently work through whatever brings you in. So glad to have a shop like this in the community.

My overall first impression was GREAT, I went in looking for an E-bike and Julie showed me the different options they had as well as others not in their shop, they happened to have one I liked and she let me take it for a ride, she gave me a great price and I never felt any pressure to buy, THANKS!

Great bike shop. We have been bringing our 4 MTBs here for years, sometimes for repairs sometimes for a tune-up.
Matt is very knowledgeable and always friendly. He has always been fair in his prices, not selling us anything we don’t need.
We’ll be back. I recommend this for all your bike needs, they know their stuff.

Road, MTB, gravel… they can do it all and will recommend the right products for you while keeping customer and mechanical service extremely expeditious. The shop hosts group rides that will welcome, challenge, and inspire any level of rider… right on the Atlantic Ocean as a nice added bonus. Whether you are a first time rider or have several thousand miles in the saddle… OYM is the primer bike shop in palm beach county.

Julie, Matt and Zach do what they say and say what they do. Great people who run a great bike shop for both sales & service. They also inspire the community with rides, runs and other activities. If you are a cyclist and/or triathlete, you can trust they will do you right.

Five Stars for, On Your Mark Performance Center (Bicycle Shop)! Julie, Matt, and their staff are wonderful folks! On Your Mark, is our favorite cycling shop! My husband and I have been going to them for years for our cycling needs. There has been a few times that we stopped in other local shops when we were shopping around for new bikes, just to see what's out there. We were so disappointed with their limited inventory and the way that we were treated. These other shops were only interested in selling the bikes that they had in their inventory. They didn't want to be bothered with taking the time to try and help us find what we'd really be happy with. We can honestly say that they always go over and above to help us find whatever our bike need is, even if it means pulling out the catalogues or searching online, and then putting in a special order for us! Their priority is top notch customer service and having you leave their store a happy and satisfied customer, even if it requires them doing extra work. We love their "can-do" attitude! Don't even bother going to another shop. Chances are that you won't find exactly what you have in mind, nor will they take the time to locate it online and put in a special order for you. I promise you, On Your Mark, is the most accommodating and the best bike shop in the North end of West Palm Beach (the Town of Lake Park). So stop by and see them, or shop on their website for all of your cycling needs. They will do their best to find exactly what you need, and to make sure that you leave there a very satisfied customer.

Brought 2 mountain bikes here for flats, one tubeless, one with a tube. The bikes were repaired immediately. Everyone in the store was super friendly. They appeared to have a small but nice collection of bikes, including some Ebikes. It was not expensive for the repairs.
