The staff is very friendly and helpful! We are redoing our patio, and Jorge was super informative about the different sets that were on the showroom floor. As he showed me around and we discussed more and more about what we were looking for, he helped us narrow down options. During the process, I never felt like he was trying to up sell us on anything. He showed us a variety of price points. Communication wise he was super responsive on emails and phone calls as we narrowed down which option we were going with. For delivery of the furniture... we get it next week, review tbd!

If you’re looking for patio furniture, Outdoor Patio Emporium is the place to go! Their show room is beautiful! A must see as they have everything you need for your outdoor furnishings and can work with any budget. The customer service is top notch. I had the pleasure of working George and Roxy they were both so easy to work with and professional, making the whole process so simple. I also loved the fact that everything is manufactured right here in our backyard of Miami. Thank you George and Roxy! I’m looking forward to work with you in the future for any of my outdoor furnishing projects.

Very good find. Not like the others - really. Turns out they are the manufacturer of the furniture with 4 stores across the state. Their unique dining set helped us solve the space problem we had with seating 4. A great find! Roxy spent 2+ hours with us working out ways to get what we wanted. Found the exact Sectional set in Miami and they brought it right to us - all items delivered in less than 1 week. Good communications with the delivery timing too. May be more money than a Box store, but much less than the comparable patio stores we visited in the area. Nice stuff too! We're fans!

I would definitely recommend buying outdoor furniture from Outdoor Emporium. Their family owned business is very welcoming and helpful from the minute you step in their store. Quality furniture build and great looking pieces. They will not disappoint!

What a great experience shopping for patio furniture at Outdoor Patio Emporium. My wife and I were so impressed with the selection of items available, and we were even more impressed with our young sales person, Roxy. Truly a great experience. The manager, George was also a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure sales throughout our visit. The furniture is top quality and manufactured by the same family that sells the products at the retail stores. Their prices were great and their customer service was second to none. We highly recommend this place and this family business for all your patio furniture needs. We bought quite a few items and we are very satisfied.

Beautiful furniture, well made and excellent customer service. The showroom is tastefully decorated and they have more choice than I have seen anywhere. Roxy and Jorge went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our furniture. The after sale service was above and beyond what I could have expected. Delivery was also excellent and timely. I have already recommended this place and will be back for more pieces in the future.

A Little furniture shopping with our friend - found this hidden gem of a store - much less expensive than the big name stores, and most of their product is in stock. Jorge was super helpful - definitely a repeat visit, and if you're looking for patio furniture in the Palm Beach area, this is a must visit!

What a hidden gem! After going through some of the “big name” outdoor patio stores, we found this store up in Lake Park, right near Palm Beach Gardens. Looks very unassuming from the outside, but the selection and quality is amazing – and most of their product is in stock – which everyone knows is huge these days! Jorge was so helpful, and had some great suggestions. Our friend bought this piece for her condo in Boca – and they will deliver and set up. You get your choice of colors of pillows too. Definitely worth the trip!!
