Buyer beware. Once you buy something there you're stuck with it. No matter what. I got something in there the same day called a few hours later, the color was not as what it appeared to be in the store, and they absolutely would not take it back. And it was $35 . The sad part about it is, Ive been supporting that store since it opened. As a designer, I have brought clients in there, as well as sold them things from my own personal collections. I believe I'm done. It's hard to support a vender that doesn't support a loyal customer.I guess they don't need the business.

I bought a lucite chair here and I absolutely love it. They stayed open late to accommodate me and didn't make me feel a nuisance. A great find of a store!!! I'll definitely be back.

Super shady business. The owner started backpeddling out of the deal the moment I started asking questions about the condition and paint finish. We’d already negotiated a price for a dresser I found on their website, and I was about to give her my credit card number when I remembered that I hadn’t yet asked about the condition or paint finish (I was trying to figure out if I needed to have it refinished/painted). The owner seemed almost offended by this inquiry—and that’s when things started getting shady. Suddenly, she had to go check and see if the piece was still available, and of course it wasn’t. Maybe this was truly a mistake, a case of terrible timing, but given that there’s another bad review of a similar nature, something smells awfully fishy.

I bought a beautiful chandelier from them that I had originally seen on Chairish. I was thrilled when I found out they were actually local and that I could literally drive over and pick it up. I truly lucked out! Thank you, again, Palm Beach Regency!

Owner was so rude to my shipper that I tried paying him $500 more just to go back in the store and he wouldn’t. I called and not only did she hang up on me... she said no refunds even though the chairs were still in her store and wouldn’t be released. Paid through PayPal though so money was returned.

â€œThe daybed is yours!â€ The owner wrote to me after we negotiated a price that was agreeable to us both. Unbeknownst to the owner, a full price offer was made during our negotiation through the â€œChairishâ€ site. So, after our verbal and written agreement, she cancelled our deal and blamed it on the â€œChairishâ€ site policies, even though she still had possesion of the daybed and the abilty to make a fair judgement call. We had a deal with my credit card number and everything! I consider this to be dishonorable business practice (all to gain an extra $200). Not good, integrity matters!
