I just leased a 2024 GMC Terrain from Sales Consultant Alvaro Solis. His product knowledge, patience and kindness was truly remarkable! Although it was a rainy evening, he didn't mind showing and explaining about the different cars I could get into within my budget. He listened and understood my needs. His team made it possible for me to drive out of the lot happy with a deal I could afford. I would definitely recommend Schumaker at Northlake to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle!

I leased a new Sierra 1500 Elevation from Schumacher. Steve and Ryan were knowledgeable, respectful and treated me like a valued customer. We worked out a fair deal for both sides and I am enjoying my truck.

Great experience from when I walked in the door to when I left. Peter, the manager, was wonderful in making sure I found the correct truck for my family. Don was also excellent in sales and made sure there was no pressure during purchase. Lastly, Steve in the business office explained everything in detail. Everyone at this dealership made me feel like family. Thank you!

Spoke to Ryan in the parts department looking for a part that is currently difficult to find. Not only did he have it, he was so familiar with this repair that he made some really intelligent recommendations to check while I'm replacing this part. Turns out, he was right - he literally saved me hours of work and for that, I can't be happier.Ryan, thank you so much for helping me out - you really went above and beyond what a "normal" parts person would do. You're my parts guy from here on out! I told a few buddies of mine about you, so they'll be hitting you up as well. Thanks again! This was, by FAR, the best experience that I have ever had at the dealership level in the 30+ years I've been turning wrenches and modding vehicles.

We have purchased several vehicles from your dealership. Each time with Cesar , he is the Best! We hate the whole car buying experience except with Cesar there is no pressure. The last purchase we actually live 4 hours away now but found truck online called Cesar he confirmed it was available, gave us out the door price, said we wanted it, signed everything online and scheduled pickup. He even came in on his day off to go over the trucks features and help set it up. He is way above a “10”. He is why we keep coming back and making purchases.

update 10/4/23: i've been a customer for a while now, i've always taken my car to gmc thinking its the right and best thing to do. i recently took my car there and left it for 8 days, for something to be fixed (which was previously addressed there as well) after picking it up, i noticed my car sounded funny and it was just weird. im a nurse in healthcare so obviously i dont know anything about cars, i trust the judgement of the mechanic and service advisors. after my warranty was contacted and i was told what my portion was, for a messed up water pump and radiator, i decided to bring my car to another shop, where a friend offered to diagnose it for me. to my surprise, absolutely nothing was wrong with my water pump or radiator. i was provided images of the small clamp that "magically" had falled off the hose from the water pump, and after all the pressure, snapped off.. making my water pump to mess up and the radiator to also malfunction.this is beyond unacceptable. how many of us dont know anything about cars and get taken advantage of on a regular basis. i understand people have to make a living, but out of others expense, is just morally wrong. i will never take my car there again, i also have placed a formal complaint with gmc coorporate and schumacher gmc. i will make sure this is so public, that they will consider taking advantage next time. old review:i've been to the okeechobee location before and i will never return. going to gmc on northlake and ending up with al zimmerman was the best thing that could've happened to me. he is my favorite and i will never ever go anywhere else. his customer service skills are excellent and always figures out how to resolve my self-caused issues. i cannot stress enough how great he is, i mean i was even asked if we were family because how highly i think of him! i know i am a pain in the ass customer but not once, has he ever shown any frustration towards me or my craziness. he is one hard working individual for sure !!! gmc is lucky to have him!

First of all, our sales representative was great and we appreciated him. But the finance manager who we signed paperwork with, withheld pertinent financial information that was present on our credit report. He failed to inform of us of the information that was on our report in order to ensure we signed that day when we might have further delayed a sale. He was sneaky, unhelpful, and overall lacked genuine customer service that in the future will prohibit me from ever purchasing from a Schumacher dealership again.

Overall very positive experience. Found a brand new GMC Yukon XL Denali online. Spoke with Zachary Coker who stated he would hold the car as long as I made my way in quick. We set and appointment and closed the deal. Zach was great. Steve Handy was great as well. My first time purchasing there and had a very positive experience.

I took my under 35,000 miles and only 3 year old vehicle that is still under warranty in because my AC is not working properly. After multiple days of leaving it there they told me nothing was wrong with the AC. This is not true. Spoke with the manager, who was very nice but still did not help fix my issue. Their best mechanic technician supposedly address the issue and I quote “nothing wrong with my car”. What’s the point of having warranty and paying for extended warranty if they won’t honor it. This is not right and I will seeking a second opinion and then filing a complaint with the state.

Alonso and Joel were amazing. I haven’t purchased a vehicle in about 8-10 years but this by far was the best experience to date. In the past I’ve spent whole days in a dealership. But this time, I called beforehand regarding the SUV, when I arrived he was ready for the test drive, the deal was worked, finance found the best rate for me and I was out the door with the car I wanted within 3 hours. No hassling no fluffing friendly straightforward and patient guys.

The overall experience at the dealership was amazing. Me and my grandparents were welcomed with open arms and the hospitality was amazing. My salesperson was Mike Castro and he always kept me updated about the vehicle we were trying to purchase. He communicated thoroughly about everything and if we had any questions about anything he answered them to the best of his ability. I really do appreciate you guys for everything. that you did and I would definitely recommend to anyone that I know!

Steve V was exceptional! I had been looking for over a month and he was honest, professional and followed up appropriately. He answered all questions in a timely manner and was more than helpful during the entire purchase. I cannot remember the finance managers name but he as well was exceptional. Probably the easiest experience ever buying a vehicle in 40+ years!

Terrible service. Warranty is based off of there bad service they provide. Bumper to bumper warranty is pointless when there service is so bad. Took them over a day to tell me a part isn't under warranty even though we are cover for bumper to bumper warranty and all that is missing is a cover piece the part isn't actually broken. So of course they want to sell you a all new part. My suggestion go to a real dealer ship if buying a new car or read the reviews below on there service. It seems to be there business practice to provide terrible service after you buy the car.
