I Purchased my 2022 trail blazer here with a service maintance aggrement was tol sense i live in Delray i could go to Schumacher Chrysler for my oil changes 2 weeks ago I tried to make a appt. and told they dont take appt. they have a express oil lane so i go in and im told they dont carry oil filters for chevy they would order it and call me 3 days later i call and told theres no service order for me. Yesterday i decide to go all the way to North Lake mind you now my oil down to 11% my tire pressures are at 27lbs and im told it be 2 to 3 hours what kind of express lane this? i'm certainly not sitting in your waiting room 3 hours. you added $40 a month to my monthly payment for this service i expect VIP treatment and i get oh we dont want to service your car. this needs to be taken care of today and at my convence now. My next step is to contact Genral Motors to see if this is the way Schumaher treats there customers. I KNEW I SHOULD BOUGHT A KIA. Kevin Rhines

Al my salesman was an absolutely pleasure to deal with. He was attentive and not push with his approach in this crazy car market. The finance team was transparent and was relaying information immediately as it was imputed and did leave any time to make us anxious about the process. Not all of my car dealings have been smooth but Al and his sales team made this one great from start to finish.

We were looking for a used Dodge Charger for my son and found the perfect one at this dealership. Considering past experience with other dealership we thought for sure that the car would not be there and we would get the "it was just sold" excuse...I have to say we were very wrong. not only was the Charger there but it was just as advertised. The salesman Anthony Sicilia was fantastic. He was very professional and personable. Made us feel very comfortable. The whole process was very seamless and straightforward. This will be my first consideration of dealerships the next time I am in the market for a vehicle, new or used. Hopefully Anthony will be there to help in that process.

Dropped my vehicle off to get worked on. Get a notification its moving (I have a tracker) just for it to end up almost 30 minutes away at a house. If you ask me that is weird and I will be contacting corporate.

DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here and DO NOT buy anything from this dealership.This dealership knowingly sold us a Silverado with transmission issues and now we are REALLY paying for it. They kept telling us that the Truck was getting used to how we drive it. We called again and took the truck in for repair and of course nothing is covered and they did not fix anything. The issue continued to the point where it became unsafe to drive the truck.Now there is a Class Action Lawsuit against GM because of this known issue with Transmissions. The transmissions lurch and shutter when driving, creating a safety hazard."GM knowingly sold over 800,000 eight-speed transmission vehicles, which they knew to be defective for years, and yet made the business decision not to tell its customers before purchase," said Ted Leopold, partner at Cohen Milstein and court-appointed lead counsel for the class action case. "Dealers were directed to tell the customers that harsh shifts were ‘normal' or ‘characteristic.’"UPDATE: The corporate reply to my review just makes it even worse. You are crooks and endangered my safety

Service advisor Al Zimmerman has great customer service skills and knows how to treat everyone with greatness! Will recommend anyone needing service his way. What A great Asset to Shumacher. Schumacher Chevy provided me with the best overall car buying experience that I ever had. No hassle, no games and honest customer service! Alvaro, Ryan and Joel went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. They delivered my car as promised and with no surprises! I cannot be more pleased with how they treated me. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from other dealers in the past and have never experienced the level of professionalism that Schmacher provides.

Service was very excellent . When we walked into the dealership it was about 20 minutes before they closed and Mike Castro welcomed us with open arms. He walked us through everything we had questions about and made sure all our needs was met!

I have had decent experiences with the service department until my recent visit. Rob Venero was my service advisor and was not responsive to phone calls (neither is their generic phone number). I had to physical go in after 4 business days with no updates after initially dropping off the truck. His first response was if I would like to take my truck somewhere else. Later on I ask for them to document the issue they experienced but did nothing about and I got no response.
