This experience with the store manager and associate on Saturday, August 10th, has made me reluctant to do business with this location. Sherwin-Williams emphasizes its commitment to customer satisfaction on its website, yet the conduct of the manager and associate did not reflect these core values.

I hardly even leave reviews but found the customer service at this Sherwin-Williams location to be outstanding. I visited 3 times within the last month, and the staff was helpful, professional, and exceptionally friendly each time. I would drive out of my way to come to this location over another location in the future. Appreciate all your help!

Finally a business with an intelligent helpful.manager..Ron was attentive and interested in helping me deal with an issue.and before I left the store.my problem.was solved..thanks to his efforts..most sherwin williams workers are very good..but Ron really steps up..thanks!

AVOID THIS STORE! Clerk failed twice to listen and follow clear instructions yet wouldn't refund money nor exchange paint. BUY YOUR PAINT AT HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S!

Upon entering the store I received a Greeting. And ask if I needed any assistance? I did not at the time. But when I did need assistance the young man was very informative and pleasant. I was very satisfied with visit.
