“I was in a pinch and called multiple companies, but Premier 1 was the only one who even answered on a Saturday morning. My tow took a little longer than expected, but Chad was great! The patient dispatcher took multiple calls from me and updated me the entire time. Once Chad arrived he looked at my car and gave his best opinion on damage from hitting a curb (resulting in a popped tire). Super courteous and friendly. Even sent me pictures once my car was delivered to the dealership. Would definitely recommend!”

“We were just leaving Munyon Island, when our 24 ft boat began taking on water. The moment I radioed for help, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrived, and then radioed TowBoat US for assistance. Craig and Ryan arrived and provided a pump and towed us back to safety to the Currie Park boat ramp. These fellas were amazing and so very helpful to us, we owe them many thanks for their help.”

“Exceptional service after AAA never showed. It was a Sat night at 6 when it happened on I-95 S near exit 70. I pulled into the breakdown lane and waited for 2 hrs with no updates from AAA. I then Googled and found Second Chance. Joseph, the owner, showed up within 15 min and brought the car and me back home. He was friendly and caring and had to give him a decent tip. Excellent experience despite the issue with my classic car!”

“They came out late to help me. From Fort Lauderdale all the way to Melbourne. 150 miles where I needed to go home. The price was very reasonable. The way they communicated was exceptional and the way they comforted me in my time of need was very good. I am very satisfied with the quality of work that they provided and I’m glad they didn’t turn me down compared to all other companies that I called in the area.These guys are good the fact that he was late I greatly appreciate their services. I will use them for all the work in the future.I am a AAA member and they expected to get back at me within 24 hours. I had my wife and my dog with me and was not going to wait for them. I am possibly thinking about canceling my membership with AAA and just using these guys. AAA did not get back to me within 14 hours to help me out but Danny and his team were great and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.”

“I had to call a tow truck last night because I was having some trouble with my car. All Florida towing came in response to my call, Kelly was a gentleman, very pleasant, and it really wasn’t a towing problem. He temporally fixed the heat shield at the undercarriage of the car until I could get to a body shop. I would recommend this towing company wholeheartedly. They really were terrific!”
