My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . Even with the dispatch center closed for a hurricane, my contact, Phillip Garcia, was super fast with communications and helped me get things scheduled.
