“I had a connection issue with my Thermo King Unit on my truck which was challenging to identify. I took the truck to Thermo King West palm Beach and was 1st assisted by a lovely lady Rosa who checked me in and went right to the Manager Russell who appeared shortly thereafter. Russell looked at the issue with no apparent reason why this was happening and started to take a deeper dive.After many attempts to fix it turned out just a simple bolt which had been replaced bye AAA was not long enough to make full contact, he replaced the connection bolt, meticulously checked everything else and closed the hood, we were done!Russell is a wonderful person as well as a fantastic manager, will be back with our full fleet with they arrive in Florida from CA where we never received service as fine as this experience. “We had a couple leftover pieces of equipment from my fathers property when he passed. We got in contact with Jay @ North American Heavy Haul and he made the whole process super easy. We moved a large tractor and several attachments, as well as an old pickup truck and 2 large steel work benches. We are currently working with them to move a backhoe from auction to our property.Great Customer Service, great communication, fast service. Would recommend.”

“Zipcar is wonderful . My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . Zipcar is great car sharing app . Only issue I have is that my payment method still wont update please please please fix it zipcar gladly appreciate it”
