Wasn't even going to give 1 star, but that's the only way I could write a review. My husband took his Mustang in March, and they told him he needed his transmission rebuilt, so he had them do it. Picked up the car, did not get very far & the transmission was still doing what he took it in for. Took it back, and also had the put in new rear shocks. Picked up the car, again transmission was still slipping & when he went over a bump, the rear end of the car was bottoming out. It did not do that before they put the new shocks in. Called them again. Maybe we need another part. Called them Monday, and they said they are still waiting on the part. No one has it. My husband called Ford, and they have 150 of the part it could be here in 3-4 days. Called Vic's back 20 minutes later, and they told him they were on vacation until July 15th. Why are they answering the phone if they are on vacation? They do not honor their work and apparently do not want to fix the mistakes they made. So now, we are out over $2600.00 and have to take the car somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!

I was referred to Vic's by my normal mechanic after one of my work vans died on the side of the highway. Unfortunately, I needed a new transmission, but the process was as painless as possible. They have been honest and accurate with the work they've done for me.Since then I've brought 3 other vehicles there for routine transmission maintenance and some minor repairs. I had neglected transmission maintenance as the manufacturer claims the fluid is good for the life of the vehicle, which was not accurate in my case. It certainly helped with rough shifting in our minivan.

the family value with the mom.and two brothers that live and breathe transmission ia great. total honesty and never over charge for u need or want done. they back up there work with pride. i have sent numourse people to them all with great results.

My husband brings our jeep here any time we have a problem. I can't say enough good things about how we are treated here. The prices are very reasonable and more importantly, we trust the work that's done. You won't regret coming here

Very friendly extremely professional got me in and out and within an hour and the labor was not too terribly bad they did a great job on my vehicle it runs better than it has in a long time I look forward to my next visit in 50,000 miles outstanding service above and beyond the Call of Duty even took care of a couple of other things underneath my vehicle that I wasn't aware of...

I have a 8 yr old van, sadly needed a transmission n I was without a vehicle..I was desperate for it fixed- fast!!! The super kind lady who answered my call - as i was holding back my tears- was more then helpful, kind & understanding! I immed felt At ease.Although they have others needing cars fixed asap...she kindly n efficiently got me 2 quotes and suggestions to help me speed up the van being done as fast as possible. Her call back to me was fast, i cld tell she cared n was wanting to help! I felt the price in her 2 quotes were fair.They have been very friendly & professional so far. Once the van is 100% done I will finish up MY reviewI am sure this review will stay perfect. I wld already highly recommend u calling if u need services.Thanks Vics, u hv shown me what a honest business offers n do for the people in ur community. Not lots of places giving this kind of care anymore. I'm a name at vics- not a #, with a 800# and 30 operators answering phones from some other area.Love this place! Probably explains why they have been in business over 4 decades!

I brought my 15’ Tundra in for a new transmission. Matt did an amazing job and once the job was finished he was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I am very pleased with the results and how my truck is driving! I would recommend this place to anyone! My only teeny downfall would be timing. I wish they would have kept me updated throughout the almost 4 weeks of having my truck so I wouldn’t bother the woman up front with a phone call. Other than that, like I said, they’re awesome people and would use again! Even my dog was clearly happy to have his favorite truck back so he can enjoy the wind in his fur! Thank you, again!
