“Ricardo is an honest man, I went to change my brakepads, because Kia recommended to change them at 50,000 miles .. mine had 70,000. When he unmounted the wheels he realized that brakes were still in great shape, he called me wright a way, and explaining that it still had life for approximately 40,000 miles he asked me if I still wanted to do it... Shops usually aren't like that. May God keep on blesing his business... I did the oil change. At reasonable price. Will defenetly keep on serving my car here”
“I am very grateful I came across this shop. I was on my way home about 3 hours away and my car was having issues. I called this shop and he had me come right away and within 30 minutes had me back on the road. He was honest and caring and you can tell they take pride in the services they offer. “Driving through Lake Placid, and my truck started making a loud rattling noise. A quick google search found Automotive Point. I pulled up and spoke with Tom, he got my truck in immediately, and found that the issue was a simple fix. He had me in and out in under an hour, and the rattle is gone. Very reasonably priced, Tom seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and as an added bonus, there’s a really nice puppy in the waiting room, I think her name is Luna. 10/10, highly recommended!”
“We found ourselves stranded in uptown Lake Placid in late afternoon on a Friday, just up the street from Lockhart’s garage on Interlake Blvd.
After several attempts to try to start our car by boosting it to no avail, my husband walked to Lockhart’s & two gentlemen promptly came to rescue us. It wouldn’t start so they had us leave our contact info with their office & said they would take care of it.
We called a neighbor for a ride & in no time got a call from Lockhart’s that the problem was our starter. They had ordered one, gave us the estimate & thought they would have our car back on the rode the next day.
By mid morning Saturday we received a call that it was ready!
