Boater's World Lake Placid has been serving boaters in Florida for over 25 years, offering a wide selection of boats from top brands such as Key West, Godfrey Pontoon, Robalo, Twin Vee, and more. Customers praise the dealership for its friendly and approachable staff, particularly highlighting the knowledgeable sales team that listens to their needs and guides them to the right boat. Many customers have had positive experiences with the service staff, noting their helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile, such as delivering a jet ski directly to the lake. The dealership is recognized for its high standards and excellent customer service, making customers feel like part of the family.
However, some reviews mention issues, including a disappointing experience where a customer’s brother purchased a pontoon boat that did not run, and the company did not assist him after the sale. Despite this, others appreciate the dealership’s efforts to resolve problems in a timely and gracious manner. Overall, Boater's World Lake Placid is known for its great selection, helpful staff, and commitment to customer satisfaction, making it a trusted choice for boaters in the area.
Kyle worked with us today and made miracles happen! We ended up getting a beautiful 2017 Sun tracker. Our first boat and this was an amazing experience! We will be sending more people your way and we will definitely come back when we’re ready to upgrade!
