I visited Dollar General today and had an uncomfortable experience with a young employee named Mariana. I tried several times to get her attention by saying ‘hello, hello 6 times ’ but she didn’t respond.she ignored me When she finally turned around, her attitude felt a bit unkind her face look evil and I ended up leaving without completing my purchase. I hope the store can improve customer service, as this situation was very disappointing.” but that happed dollar general near Winnie Dixie
She is very nasty !!!

Just was in Dollar General . Was at the register and kept telling the cashier my phone number wasn’t going in. Tried to tell her(Tana) and the response was here’s a 5.00 coupon for next week. This is very poor customer service.

I needed to return two items of which are dollar general branded. The lady at the register literally scoffed at me and at first said it had to be returned to the DG it was purchased from and then she can’t do anything without a receipt anyway, two $5 items that I just need to exchange for another size. I know you can return without a receipt here and it doesn’t have to be returned to the store it was purchased from its a DG branded item!! Literally $5 baby pajamas!! That were purchased yesterday in englewood! Everyone talks poorly of this location for a reason. I don’t shop here the only reason I went in is because I had to, won’t be returning.

Dollar general prices are as high as price gouging at Publix . The place sucks . All dollar generals are price gouging. The isles are always blocked with the things that need to be stocked. Waste of money !

Very nice and helpful employees store normally is stocked up. I actually enjoy shopping there. Clean and a good environment. Also the prices are not outrageous.

Had the most rude cashier last night. I felt so bad for the lady that he was checking out. Interrupted her and talked AT her while she simply asked a question about a sale. Tossed her belongings around like a child, couldn't count simple change back and shooed her away. She did nothing to deserve that treatment.

The young Hispanic man that works there is very helpful. I sincerely wish I knew his name but he has great customer service skills. He’s the only reason I go there on certain days because the previous workers were so unhappy that it affected their work.
