Hartzell's Grocery Market is a small, long-time local butcher and market. The meat and specialty items are very nice, including steaks cut to order, fresh pork chops, chicken, bacon, and lean ground beef. They offer a variety of premade items like homemade desserts, pies, soft cookies, homemade salsa, fresh dips, baked beans, pulled pork, salads, and coleslaw. They also have unique seasonings and salty fresh oysters. The goods can be a bit pricey but are worth the cost to support this mom-and-pop shop. The staff is great, professional, and always willing to help. They hold BBQs for local fundraisers and will try to get specialty items upon request.
Great little market with the BEST chicken salad ever!!!! I am there at least twice a week for it, it is amazing!!! Also they have a great meat and sausage section and specialty stuff homemade pies and great sides! Highly recommend!

Nice people with good restaurant supplies and a full retail kitchen. Gallons of mayo was what I needed. Got them for the restaurant I work at.
