I had a wonderful buying experience with McPhail's. I went there to look at a specific vehicle I saw online. Chance & Blake introduced themselves when we got there. They were quick to toss us the keys for a test drive immediately after. They were patient and thorough answering any questions I had. They were even willing to put it up on the rack so I could get a close look underneath. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Chance made the purchasing process go as smoothly as possible, not making us feel pressured in any way. That's hard to find these days. Dan (the owner) was sure to introduce himself. He was very kind, even offered us some of the food they had there for lunch! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Excellent experience. I stopped on a whim to ask about selling my van. Loved our van, but sadly we had to part with it. I met with Anthony and Dan. They were prompt, professional, courteous and fair! When I returned the next day, Anthony made sure all the paperwork was complete before I got there. I walked in and was finished with the documents and sale within 5 minutes. We were all happy about the transaction. Had we been in the market for a car, I certainly would have used McPhails. I appreciate that they accepted my van without the pressure of buying a car from them. I love that it is a family owned business. Thank you Anthony and Dan.

We had bought from them about 4 years ago and had a great experience. So we decided to come back. Chance Anderson welcomed us and guide us through the whole process. I enjoyed how he does business the old fashion way where a handshake still means something. He was honest and explained everything in detail. We actually returned to get another car for my son 2 days after I bought this beauty.

I came in to look at an Excursion and, while I ultimately didn’t purchase, I left impressed with how the team handled things. They were upfront about the vehicle’s condition and didn’t try to hide anything. In fact, they acknowledged the issues I noticed on the test drive and were completely fine with me taking it for an independent inspection, which showed they had nothing to hide. There was no pressure, and I felt respected throughout the process. The owner even mentioned he values his reputation, and from my experience that definitely showed. I’d feel comfortable coming back here in the future when the right vehicle comes along.
