If there were a negative star or a zero star, I would absolutely do a zero or negative star. These people are lazy. They have no work ethic. They locked the door five minutes before they were supposed to close and all I was trying to do was go and get some brake fluid for my wife's suv. This is not the first time these people have done this. You can't be lazy anymore in this day and age and get away with it because there will always be competition waiting to steamroll you. Oh and they will stay open late on purpose just to prove a point. And I hope that's what happens here because I will take my business to anywhere, but that O'Reillys in Lake Placid, Florida!!! Sorry, sorry, sorry. They saw me try to open the door made eye contact with me and walked away.
